Great products
I think the products I have purchased from Cheekypants have been excellent. My only criticism is with the Cheekypants site and the ordering process which I personally found very chaotic and complicated.

Mens' incontinence pants - good product but the website and marketing need to be sensitive to male customers!
The key thing is that the product (mens' incontinence pants) so far appear comfortable, well made and do the job. What is very important to me is that they eliminate the need to send the disposable versions to landfill. I found the ordering problematic (something went wrong at the bank security check stage, and I had to mail customer services - it was a weekend and it took a time to reply). Eventually, I tried again, and was successful. In the hope of making the process easier, I signed-up for an account. Clearly male customers are in the minority, and I found myself being directed towards questionnaires about periods and have received a number of emails aimed at women. Whilst I applaud the drive to remove the unhealthy taboo about menstruation which my generation (I'm 72) experienced, I think the company would do well to consider the difference between mens' attitudes to incontinence and womens' attitudes to periods, and make its marketing to male customers more sensitive. I find the company name embarassing and was relieved to find that the package had been delivered to a neighbour in plain packaging with no clue as to the contents!

Bought for my daughter
Bought for my daughter, and she loves them have tried other makes but these are her go to pants she loves the way she can move , dance and exercise without the pants moving and feels totally comfortable in them

Slow service for returns
Slow service for returns.
Received item which we found to be not of great quality and loose for sizing.
Returned via Royal Mail signed for on 22/1. Received an email on 30/1 confirming refund but still not received by 8/2.
Also as item was £14.99 and I paid £3.95 delivery & £3.05 to return it's cost me almost half of the item price for my trouble. Won't use this company again. Probably fine for nappies but not the period wear.

We do ask customers to allow 14 days for the exchange/refund to be processed but are usually ahead of this. I can see we processed your refund on 30th and I'm not sure why it didn't link through to the payment system but I have done that manually for you and we'll investigate further.
I'm sorry the bikini top you bought wasn't quite right for you. Our period pants and pads are really effective and comfortable so if you did want to try them, get in touch and we can guide you through sizing etc.

Follow up on recent review
Followed up on my previous review but suggested sending me size small as replacement which as my waist is 38 and size small is 32 makes no sense. The waist was OK but rest of garment was too baggy and absorbent material did not absorb well.

Pretty period pants
Pretty period pants - almond. These were really comfortable but after wearing for about 4-5 hours they started leaking at the sides. It’s hard to tell when they are getting ‘full’ and need to be changed so unfortunately I couldn’t trust them to wear out. Luckily I was wearing at home as it’s the first time. I have two other different styles but don’t think I can bring myself to trust them enough to wear.

Thanks for taking the time to review your pants. Leaking after 4-5 hours would indicate that they had probably been on too long and leaking over the edge might mean that the middle was already full.
4-5 hours on a moderate to heavy day would be the most we would recommend wearing the pants and if you would change your disposable protection sooner than that (depending on your flow), then the pants would be the same.

Comfy cosy cheeky pants
Comfy cosy cheeky pants! They do run a little on the large side, but perhaps other companies run on the small side... these are the most comfortable period pants I've tried, and at a fraction of the cost of some of the other brands! I'm happy with my cheeky pants, thank you.
