Amazing customer service, app always works as required and when it doesn’t the helpful team are on hand to fix it so quickly.

Really easy app to use and I had a small issue with 3rd party that was quickly resolved by Mustafa Hussain from the help team.

I use Cheddar regularly. The fact that cash back is rewarded instantly makes the experience more appealing. Giftcards are generated quickly - and in over a year of using the app, I have only needed to use support once....and when I have the experience was positive

I mainly use these vouchers at groceries and also i use it because of the app which has a really nice design and easy to use. Only downside is contacting the customer support, it takes 2-3 days until they respond. That is not great. With Other apps you get a reply on the same day. Hope they will improve this

Cheddar is amazing . I cannot believe how much money I save just doing my the weekly shop. Now with the boosts it’s even more . I’ve recommended others and get rewarded for each person . Cash back is instant and really adds up . Saved almost £40 in one month at Tesco alone . Customer service is spot on as well. Highly recommend over any of the other cashback apps .

Very user friendly and great customer service on the odd occasion there has been an issue redeeming a gift card. 10/10 would recommend to absolutely everybody.

Using cheddar ive been able to receive cashback on my regular shops and more. Who doesn't want to save where they can and buying giftcards to use for my shopping helps to do just this.

Add on from my first part. I stupidly bought a gift card for a large sum of money but was unable to use it with B&Q ( no fault than my own as it’s clearly stated on cheddar not to use for 3rd items). In panic I was emailing everyday so getting pushed back down the list. Cheddar has thankfully managed to get the gift card refunded which I know is very unlikely. Couldn’t be more greatful! Thank you 🩷

I have emailed on Friday (27/06/2025) it’s now Wednesday & I have heard nothing back since emailed multiple times, I know it’s only 5 days but your website says a conclusion is usually sorted in 24/48 hours and I haven’t even had an email back, I’m out of pocket by £675. There’s no contact number or any other way of communicating. Please can someone help me resolve this situation

Really good cashback offers and responsive customer services.

The app is easy to use, and there is a great choice of cashback offers, including useful gift vouchers for meals, supermarkets, etc.

I recently tried using the new boosted cashback feature by applying a "streak" reward, but didn't apply it properly, so I contacted Cheddar.
Unlike so many other companies, it was really easy to message them, and they replied promptly to explain where I had gone wrong. I said I thought the new part of the app was a little confusing, and they responded to say they have fed this back to the product team as a suggested improvement.
Very pleased with this high standard of customer service.

They were very helpful and resolved an issue I had with a gift card quickly and to a good conclusion.

Customer service very good, attentive, and fast to respond to queries. Despite query/issue relating to 3rd party company, staff still offered to try to help from their end. Would look forward to using their support again if needed.

I asked for a refund, since the item on Ticketmaster didn’t accept gift cards since it is resale. And they did this which they don’t often do, I very much appreciate it and look forward to using cheddar in the future when ticket master allows! Along with other places.

Fantastic service my cashback is racking up rapidly - really really handy! Recent issue where I had purchased extra vouchers but the team were able to get it refunded for me and it was quite a large sum. Excellent customer service all round.

Very good customer support and great cashback incentive. I bought an adidas giftcard which didn't work on the adidas website, after notifying Cheddar I received a full refund after my complaint.
