Been stonewalled for months now
Been stonewalled for months now, and my work is being disrupted as a result. I had my report binned without explanation - my passport image I believe was fine. I filed a ticket asking about this, and got an email asking to send a picture of my passport (that I believe had already been uploaded). That ticket was then itself closed before I could respond.
I went to file my third application, and it took about five attempts and I nearly punched a wall in frustration. The ticket page was broken on mobile. I had to type out the description field about five times in total. The image upload option took two tries because I didn’t know I had to fully zoom out before uploading the image, the date of birth selector was tediously slow when I could’ve just typed the date, and changing the ticket category deletes the description field. I also had browser issues.
When I’m on attempt #5 of the third attempt to get verified, despite having a fully valid passport that clearly resembles me, it’s hard to keep calm.
