Poor customer service.
Poor communication from Cheapfly leading to misleading information to customers. They wouldn't give you information on the luggage allowance until you've paid which is a terrible thing. Other companies don't do that

LIVE REVIEW - UPDATE: AVOID - SCAM

I just make a booking with reference CFS96726 and paid in full.
Now waiting to see if they honor price and flights without upselling attempts.

I will update this review accordingly - 3 stars so far as I am suspicious given the reported experiences with negative reviews.

Current status on 29May: Paid, booking confirmed, pending ticket number.

UPDATE: They do not honor what you paid for. Actually, the showed price does not exist, it is only for you to buy and they will call you in 24 to 48 hours saying the offer you plaid for is no longer available and then they try to offer alternatives at higher price.
When this happened to me, I run the fare search and it was giving me the promotional price that I had paid for previously (1 day ago) and told the person who called that the price was still available online, despite they mentioned otherwise. I was told that the system was not update the end of the promotional offer.
This is completely scam! you are attracted by a cheaper fare which does not exist and they try to sell you a higher price stating the promotional offer is no longer available, despite nothing was mentioned that was promotional and you have already paid for.

Cheapfly are Awful

Awful , failed to adequately notify us that they brought the flight home forward, left us stranded in Australia & washed their hands of us , two pensioners , one of them disabled !
Cost me an extra £3,000 to get home.

At the same time, for transparency and to help provide a clearer picture for everyone, we would like to outline the sequence of our communications and actions regarding your booking:

1. At the time of booking, an initial authorization was shared with a return date.

2. Shortly thereafter, following further discussion, a revised and final authorization was sent with an updated return travel date. This update was explicitly approved by you before we proceeded with ticket issuance.

3. Based on your confirmation, the ticket(s) was issued, and the E-Ticket was shared with you, clearly reflecting the confirmed return date.

To ensure continued clarity, we proactively communicated further updates:

1. A minor schedule change notification (approximately 10 minutes) was sent 5 months before your outbound flight, again reflecting the same return date.

2. A follow-up schedule update/reminder was shared approximately one month prior to your outbound flight.

3. An E-Ticket was sent thereafter, once again confirming the same travel date.

In addition, as part of our customer service efforts to assist you with a smooth travel experience—including guidance on check-in and any required boarding assistance—one of our agents contacted you one day prior to your outbound departure. During this interaction, the travel dates were also discussed and acknowledged.

We would like to gently clarify that at no point was the return date changed without your knowledge or consent. All details were consistently communicated and confirmed multiple times, including prior to ticket issuance.

That said, we genuinely empathize with the difficult situation you encountered and sincerely regret the stress it caused. It is never our intention for any customer to feel unsupported, and we truly value your feedback as it helps us improve our service.

As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered a travel credit voucher to support your future travel plans, and we remain more than happy to assist you further should you choose to travel with us again.

After booking my ticket and receiving…

After booking my ticket and receiving confirmation, the company repeatedly called me saying the ticket price had changed and asked me to either pay more for an upgraded flight or choose a different flight.
I explained many times that I had already arranged my annual leave according to the confirmed booking and needed to travel to the same destination on those dates. Despite this, after 4–5 days they simply told me to book another flight wherever I could find a cheaper ticket.
The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect for customers. I also submitted feedback to customer care but never received any response.
This was one of the worst booking experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Drawn in by the advertisement of cheap flights, but they don’t tell you there’s no luggage included, then charge extortionate prices to add on luggage. Got stranded in Thailand, no assistance from them and they have not refunded us the full return payment for our cancelled Qatar flights, give us a fabricated story of the refund going through consolidator in China, who have taken their fees from our payment. Total flight cost with luggage was £1798.98 and refund we received for cancelled returns flights was £425.00, (although Qatar airways said every unused ticket would receive a full refund) and to receive our refund we were told we were unable to dispute it.
Our recommendation is avoid this company at all costs and go to skyscanners website and book directly through the airline, much cheaper.
