Do not use this service! It is all a scam and they should be shutdown! I booked a trip for $1600, of which they never sent me any booking information!

Do not use this site with Foggyfly. This company has the worst service, that I have ever experienced. Cheapflights doesn't warn you about the individual a policies. Foggyfly will not guarantee the flights you confirmed/paid for. No cancellations after you confirm your flights. They will charge you for the entire cost. I ended up having to change my date and pay more for my seat. So, this wasn't a "cheapflight". You are better off buying direct. I waisted 3hrs on the phone just to receive a confirmation.

One of the companies they represent "FOGGYFY" It"s a SCAM and they do a BAIT AND SWITCH.
I was on their website looking a flight deal. While I was looking, I also called of their representives to ask about the cost for seats, carry ons and stored luggage, since it did not appear in their ad. I was informed that the information would be obtained at the airport at time of flight, so I went ahead and booked the flight.
When the application had been approved I was informed that I was NOT allowed luggage storage, carry-ons, no personal items and no purse. So I told him to cancel everything. After which he said I could get those items under a different package for another $500. I told him no, if I wanted to pay that price, I would go directly to the airline.
He said I had to get the tickets because they had already been charge. I told him I would dispute the charged.
When I checked with my bank, I learned that the charge was not even pending (ANOTHER LIE), so I had the bank close my credit card.
Since then. I have been receiving constant calls from them trying to get me to agree to something other than what I wanted, I have tried blocking the number but they use a different one. PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THEM, and cheap flights DROP this company FOGGYFLY.

Horrible. They will book you for the same price as the Airline website, then you cannot cancel your ticket and then they will add on a "fee" of over $100 and claim that it is an Airline fee. Book directly from the site.

I am going on vacation with my daughter, who is graduating from high school, and my mother, who would be celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary with my father, who passed away 4 years ago. I purchased tickets. Nothing ever happened, so I called American Airlines. There were no tickets in my name. They sent me an email stating that they canceled my tickets for a full refund. It has been over 20 days and still no refund. I am going to my bank this morning to file a dispute. I am also getting my family attorney involved. I will get my full refund back on way or another.

This is freaking SCAMERS, they DON'T provide any tickets, just try to still your money

If there was a 0 I’d give that! I know the saying, “if it’s too good to be true it probably is!” Got my $ and now phone is disconnected!! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! People work too hard for their money that’s why we search cheap flights to begin with!! I hope we all get our $ back and they get charged with fraud! And there are so many cheap flight sites. Started with hot flight deals, ended up being cheap flight fares. And a few others

Horrible and don’t waste your money on the cancellation insurance, they are nothing but a scam, disgusting customer service and useless employees, they put you on hold for over an hour, then come back and say they will get back to you.. guess what? Surprise they don’t and don’t respond to the emails. haha.. what a joke . They should be ashamed to work for such a company and to be such scammers

Do not fall into this trap, it is the biggest garbage and then they leave you to your fate, do not spend your money with these people, I made the payment for 2 people, 3 months before they sent me the flight confirmation, the day of the trip arrived and we did not appear on the boarding list, I had to buy with the airline right there and then report a fraud so they would return the money

Be carefull with them! They are fraud and graud! I bought à plane tickets then wait for a confirmation.i send à email, someone trier to call me back at 10pm and fi alla send à mail saying that i had to confirm back thé réservation.I did not and cancelled everything as i smell à scampi.one week later they used my credit card to buy 260 usd train tickets in amtrack Washington! Had to Block my card as they were trying to get more! Go back!!!

Booked a flight for my son. It was really cheap should of known it was a scam. I didnt understand a word the guy said, i input all the info and then paid only to see the end results of the ticket. My sons profile said he was a female so I called and asked that they fix that only to find out they couldnt because that meant cancelling the flight and finding another one. The flight was 250 and after trying to fix his gender by rebooking the cheapest flight was 879. Mind you all this because this was their mistake of removing male and inserting female. this was their way of scamming me. Good thing i cancelled by credit card. Worst customer service oh and you also have to pay extra for every single back including carry on bag. rude rep said it was my fault that i had to have read the what seemed like 10 pages of guidelines. Never ever book with this company.

The worst company to get tickets from terrible prices terrible help.

I was trying to book a flight from Samui to Bangkok for 2 persons. They always let me insert all the details, then told me the flight had just sold out. So I repeated the procedure with the same flight, but with a slightly higher price, again, sold out. I got really pi**ed off by this, and went straight to the respective Bangkok airlines to order the tickets directly. NEVER EVER TAKE ANYTHING THAT HAS "CHEAP" IN THE ITS NAME, IT WILL COST THE SAME AND YOU WILL ONLY GET PI**ED.

Horrible customer experience. I booked 4 tickets for Tokyo and my son got into an accident and fractured his foot. I asked for refund showing a letter from doctor for refund. The agent refused to give refund and suggested they will refund 40% of the money. I talked to American Airlines support, since we were booked on their flight and they clearly said that we will refund in full if cheap flights sends the request to us. This is very disheartening that cheap flights doesn’t process full refund for unforeseen situations. They have no right to hold our money as an agent when the airlines are giving full refund.

Paid over £870 Manchester to Bangkok only to be told 48 hours later that she would be on a waiting list and wouldn't know if fly or not 72hours before flight. I got caught like this once before so now had to part with over £350 and flying from London, not Manchester without choosing any seats! I asked to cancel the flight but was point blank refused. SCAM! Still waiting for the E ticket to arrive after 4 hours! Nothing! Next stop our bank!

Do not get scammed like we did. DO NOT book a flight through this company. We bought what appeared to be legit airline seats for our family for a trip to see grandparents, only to be called 12 hours after booking and told the plane was already full and we would have to purchase much more expensive tickets for our return flight. And NO they won’t refund the money for the tickets which was already paid in full. Only offered “a credit”. Horrible outsourced customer service that was hardly understandable stating their name was “Jerry Wilson” and their supervisor was “Jimmie Black” which were obvious fake names.
Save yourself from wasting money and getting scammed and do not book through this company.

Booked our flight with them, thought everything was fine, then received a call that that there was a mistake with one of the names (LIES!!!) and we had to buy a different ticket (costing more than I could get with the airline). I asked for a refund, they said could changed it for less. After paying to make the change, they then told me we had to pay for luggage or we'll not have even hand luggage, but unfortunately for them, I had seen the airline luggage allocation. I told them that we'll take the risk!

Brooks was great answering my questions in a chat. Very polite and professional. Once I supplied the necessary verification info, I was quickly given the information I need and the necessary confirmation codes for the airline checkins.

Cheapflights runs keyloggers on their website, your personal information is not safe with this company. I intended to purchase a flight, added my contact and payment information, but never bought a ticket. I found a deal elsewhere - I never submitted any information. However, I started getting texts from Cheapflights immediately. 1 day later I am getting fraudulent charges on the card I added. This was a new card and the only service that could have had that information was Cheapflights. Anything you type on their website is being logged, your information is NOT secure with this company.

I have been using Cheapflights.com quite longtime & trust it but recent purchase of my family flights was so disappointing because of the FlightNetwork.com that is keep changing the prices.
