I have made 2 orders from them this year, both orders came within a week of order,both orders had exactly what I ordered. I see all the bad reviews so I guess I was lucky or they straighten things out.

In the end, it was delivered on March 1st 2024. While waiting for this mess to be cleaned up, I had to spend over 100 dollars on vape juice from the expensive local shops here in Washington state. Cheap vape juice has seen the last of me. I'm going to start buying from reputable companies, like element vape

Slowest shipping! it has been almost 2weeks and still no juice contacted the company but all they did was sent me a tracking that still on shipped no movement, first and last i will order from this place. SMH!

I wish there is less than 1 star. I placed my order three weeks ago, and I haven’t received it yet, nor do I know where it is at, or the expected delivery. The tracking number they provided me turned out to be a scam! When I emailed the costumer service, I was shocked they do not know anything about the shipment! Stay away!!

You lost a potential customer. As always I verify each site I purchase from. Your reviews are for sh!t and for that reason I will be ordering my juice from somewhere else. You might want to get your sh!t together and stop ripping people off.

I have ordered from them twice and both times were great experiences with different results. First time I placed a large order and it delivered without a hitch. Second time I placed a similarly large order and after a few weeks it hadn't arrived. I ordered in mid-December and attributed the shipping issues to the holidays. I emailed their customer service folks and received a prompt reply. I agreed to wait an additional week and after it hadn't turned up I emailed again. They promptly replied and let me know they were issuing a refund. Within a couple of hours the funds were back in the bank. I will confidently order from them again in the future. Products were all as advertised and a great deal overall.

So I went to place an order. Subtotal was $58.11. Shipping 1,000,000.00. Taxes 80,004.72. Excuse me?!?!

I have just placed another order that I am WAITING to see if they respond with a credit for. I ordered from them back in December and their delivery service stated it was handed to me, WHICH IT WAS NOT! They have never made an offer of a refund. Therefore, this is a "WARNING" to them that if my newest order is not credited, I will make ANOTHER review of them warning future buyers of their bad business practices. Cheapejuice, you now have a choice. Credit my new purchase or another negative review WILL be posted!!!

Dont order from cheapejuice I ordered twice and got nothing waited almost 2 months they used to be a good place to order from but since they dont use usps anymore its total crap u will never get your package plus they upped their shipping price to 14.99 which is ridiculous in the end u save maybe 4 bucks and u have to wait a month to get it if u even do

Terrible don’t order they don’t use usps no more since then it seems like it’s a crap shoot to get your product maybe you will maybe you want would continue to shop local saving the couple dollars is not worth it don’t know no smoker who order juice and want to wait 3 to 4 weeks to see if you get some juice and don’t and end up shopping local now you have to wait for a refund not worth it no more

Our vape store has not been carrying a supply of the frozen fruit monsters so I went online and found cheapejuice.com. I ordered 5 juices on Tuesday and they were just delivered today (Friday)!! I saved $50.00 in total from ordering here compared to what the vape store charges and shipping was only $10.00. I have finally found my go to when I need salt nic juice!!!!

Wish I could give it a zero! Just bought June 11/2021 about $80 worth of items and paid $14 for usps delivery (2-3 days) it took almost a week. Now order says delivered but not to me! Contacted this horrible company and they said M Luna signed for it and that’s not me nor anyone I know! That’s it that’s all they did. They got my money I got nothing! Don’t buy from them if you have a problem they do nothing but take your money.

Don't make the mistake I did and go to another ejuice site (see my other reviews) they are STILL in operation. My first order with them was on 4-11-21 no issues order was processed and shipped within a day or two and I received it about a week later. I then did another order a few days ago on the 9th. To my surprise I received a shipping notice later that same day (I never seen a vape juice supplier process an order this fast) fast forward to today 6/11 I now have my vape juice in hand. While other vape juice websites are struggling/going under, you guys are kicking a$$. You now have a lifetime customer!!!

I ordered from CheapEjuice $75 worth of juice and I chose the 12-14 day shipping. I ordered on 5/13/21 and after 2 weeks I emailed to ask about my order. They said since it was going through USPS it would be 12-14 business days. So I waited, and every day my order said it would arrive the next day, but when the next day came my order would get pushed back another day. Now today 6/2/21 I asked again where my order is and they said they didnt know and it had NOT BEEN SCANNED SINCE THE 21ST. So they offered a refund or store credit. So no juice, no apology, and I will not be buying from here again

I have ordered from them several times and I've always gotten my order within a few days and they always respond right away if I have a question. Plus their prices are cheap.

I ordered two 300ml Mystery boxes on 03 May 2021. Today is 18 May 2021 and my package is somewhere in Maryland. I have contacted this company on numerous occasions to find out what is going on and I was told that the new carrier can't keep up with the demand and that these carriers have to age verify and collect signature for every delivery and that can be timely in rural areas, especially when customers are not home. That is the excuse I was told. So, the whole truckload must be waiting because one person isn't home and they can't get a signature. What-ever. I told them that I wanted a refund and to cancel the order. I was informed that the carrier needs to see 10 days of no movement to start the claim. This is the single worst company that I have ever deal with in the past 7 years of buying juice online. Stay away...there are other options out there.

Haven't had any issues like the other people. Wish I knew about them before the PACT act kicked in. Great Prices and deals. You want JUICE THEY GOT YOU!!!!

Worst most unprofessional bunch of lazy liars I've ever had to deal with. Lied about shipping estimates, lied about packaging the product and when informed I wouldn't be using them again spent hours arguing with me in a very childish and unprofessional manner.

...9-days later and still waiting for my package! My last 3 orders have been a waiting game. Takes over 5 or 6 days before anything is even shipped.

Ordered 16bottles of assorted vape juice and got everything I ordered exactly. Only took 4days with COVID delays.
