Sent wrong item and will not own up to it or refund you!!!

Ordered in February 2026 and received the wrong item. After contacting customer service, they claimed they shipped the correct item—but sent the same wrong item again. I’ve emailed multiple times over two weeks, called several times (only voicemail, no callbacks), and tried online chat with zero response.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years and spent thousands with them, but apparently customer service doesn’t matter anymore. I’ll be disputing the charge and taking my business elsewhere. It's not about the $24, it's the principle.

order P1423, did not meet original ship date promise, and I am not satisfied with the product, fan is to loud to sleep near and these units do not cool as expected or described in advertising, trybreazy.com will not return any email information on how to return or get a return authorization number for credit return, or to get a return address to ship the units back.

Beware

Placed an order and they refuse to ship it and refuse to communicate with me about the issue. Had to open dispute with bank.
Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. They will only steal your $$.
Update 1/20/25: Well my package FINALLY arrived over the weekend, a full 3 weeks after I placed the order. The order was correct and the juices are actually decent albeit a bit light on flavor.
All in all I won't be shopping for anything with this vendor again due to the outrageous shipping time and lack of any customer service.
Order at your own risk.

Thieves. Avoid at all costs!

They're great till they're not. I used them for years with no issues but once I ordered something their website said we in stock but was not is when the real fave of the company arose. At first I was told they could not refund me, then when I told them I would be disputing with my bank, they suddenly have a department for that. They canceled the transaction as requested but refuse to refund my money. It has been 6 weeks and they just keep telling me to wait because they haven't made a decision yet. Not sure why they need to wait 6+ weeks to decide whether or not to steal my money, but I've had it. Filed with BBB (not like it will actually do anything) and disputed with my bank. Still waiting on a resolution. Basically loaning/giving them money due to their incompetence.

Scammers

Unfortunately, after many years of doing business with these people, I encountered a very un wrongful doing on their end. I purchased a number of items on sale and I received an item that was not matching the item description on their website. I brought this to their attention as they accommodated me with a return label. I returned the item and reported back the confirmation of delivery. Not until then I was requested to choose from store credit or a full partial refund. But they told me that the refund would have to go through and evaluation to see if it was dimmable which was already odd since they asked for the item to be returned.

A month later, I still have not received word from them in regards to my partial refund even though I successfully returned the item using the label they sent me. This seems to be an easily resolvable issue on their end, but they still have not refunded me a month and a half later. It’s honestly not about the money at this point, but it’s the principal and the fact that I completed every single one of their tasks. For future and potential purchasers on their website, I warn you that if you do end up getting an item that is not matching the item description be aware that this is going to happen to you. This is very bad business practices and I will not be doing business with them any longer.

Breazy Customer Service? Nonexistent on defective Vape Disposal/kits systems!👎

I am unable to drive! So, I have relied on Breazy for my vape needs for over a year. Have had issues with disposable/refillable vapes before. I didn’t return for many reasons, so that’s on me. I sent a complaint to customer, in regards to vapes that wouldn’t hit, solely to voice my concerns. Breazy replied that too much time had lapsed…I knew that! I just wanted them to know, about their items. Went ahead and order a ELF VPR 30000 (along with Juice) did NOT hit!! Tried to clear. Nothing. I started a return/replace on 11/11/24. I have heard nothing!!! “Not in ofc, not available… Leave a email and a rep will get back to you” I have heard nothing. I have left MULTIPLE emails w/email, phone#/order # and I left a voicemail! I have heard nothing!
I am waiting!
At this point Breazy Customer Service…doesn’t exist! JS

Abstract policy for broken vapes, no further help given

I recently received an order containing three defective disposable vapes. Despite my efforts to dislodge the blockage and my subsequent communication with their customer service, I was informed that I needed to provide a video demonstration of the issue to receive further assistance. Their request essentially entailed capturing a video of me attempting to dislodge the broken vape and inhaling the resulting juice.

I declined to provide the requested video, citing the fact that I had already outlined the steps I had taken. However, I was informed that this was a policy requirement, and their system would not permit additional assistance without a video.

I requested a copy of this policy, specifying the need for a video demonstration. Despite my request, I was not provided with a copy of the policy and no further assistance was provided.

Good deals but no heart for customers needs

I would have given a 5 star review. I've been a customer on Breazy for about 4 years. Ordered something recently on black friday. 2 days after the order was placed it still wasn't fulfilled (no issue there) and I noticed the coil I picked was switched to TFV18 Mini instead of TFV18 Mesh. Well I voiced my concern, Davonae at Breazy said they couldn't fix it. It would have been a simple swap. The next day it was marked as shipped. I received my juice and the wrong coils. I asked to return them but apparently they don't do that even if it's from a system hiccup. If they took the time to view my order history they would see all I ever order are regular TFV18 Mesh coils and juice the last 10 to 20 orders. So.. I'm done with Breazy now. I don't care if they have good deals. They couldn't assist with an issue before it got worse.

Never fulfilling order

I ordered something over the thanksgiving weekend, expecting there would be some delay in receiving the order, but they have been sitting on my orders for a whole week. When I emailed their customer support team, (because they weren't answering their phone support and hangs up on you without an option for you to wait on the line) they just told me that it was being delayed because they are busy. So I asked to cancel my order and they say that once the order is placed, you can't cancel the order. So I asked them that if the order even isn't processed, why can't they just cancel it, to which they replied it's their policy and that it will get to me soon and not to worry, and added that they won't be responding to my email anymore. Wow, how professional. He did agree that the shipping I chose was 3-5 business days shipping, but I guess that's after they finally figure out how to ship the order which they haven't been able to for 5 business days already. I am intrigued by how it takes longer to leave the warehouse than to travel across the country.

Really disappointed with Breazy

Really disappointed with Breazy. I placed an order and it was declined, as I had some incorrect details on the order - fair enough, my mistake and my bank was just being cautious.
I then checked with my bank and although the transaction had been declined, there had been a hold placed on my card for AUD166.33.
I phoned my bank and they said that the hold should never have been placed on my card as the transaction had not gone through and that I should take it up with Breazy.
I wrote to Breazy and a day later received an email from them saying that the funds would be released within 7 to 10 business days. I cannot understand why they would hold onto my money for so long, when they are giving me nothing for it!
I then went on today and re-placed the order and I got an error saying that some details had been changed and to check the order. I thought I should check my account but nothing had been removed from my card, other than the initial hold of $166.33, so stupidly, I placed the order again, having taken screenshots of all details. Everything was correct.
This time it was declined again, with a "something went wrong" type of message.
I went back onto my banking app to see that another hold of $226.80 had been placed on my card, making a total of $393.13.
So - what now Breazy? You are not instilling any confidence at all.

I order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams

I order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams. All different flavors. They sent 2 flavors of the same brand in 6 milligrams that I NEVER ordered. So instead of getting 6 bottles they sent 2. Stay away from this company because they will charge your credit card. Apparently they don’t know how to fulfill an order. I have contacted them and the credit card company. There are plenty of vape shops and Breazy will never get my return business.

Be very careful!!…

The company states that they have a superior C.S. dep't. LIES!. All customers should get what they paid for. Apparently some do. The measure of a C.S. Dep't is what they do when an order goes wrong. I purchased Qty. 3 starter kits that they highly recommended - and none would turn on. I immediately informed them and 5 days later they responded with a series of questions that had no relevance to my problem. Nothing since that communication. They do not provide a contact phone number. They use Zendesk as their only contact means - which affords them the option as to whether they want to follow-up. In my case they have decided not to. I do not blame them for the faulty products, - they arrived in manufacturers sealed boxes. I absolutely blame them for failing to take action on my behalf. A recent search of their site leads me to believe that they have removed that product - that to protect themselves. They consider me a mushroom and feed me s--t and keep me in the dark. Some times an on-line order goes wrong and it not always the seller's fault. If you deal with this company then once they have your money-you are on your own. My advise,- deal with a reputable company- where,-if something goes wrong there will be somebody home at the seller's business to help.

100% PERFECTION

Been a Breazy cust. for a few years but was affected buy the ban on shipping juices into certain states. Not sure when it was resolved , but I can finally order my juices through Breazy once again. Selection is gigantic! Sites easy to use. Shipping is fast. Just got my order in 3 days!! Breazy has never failed me, and I have always been 100% satisfied. You're crazy if you don't use Breazy.
