Have not been into store for a while due to living in Scotland but I do use the web site for buying I must say that they are great in delivery very fast packaged well any problems it is easily sorted. I ordered two pairs of trousers both ostensibly the same size. However one pair are nowhere near the correct size. A fact I discovered only after removing all the labels!

Hi, Thank you for your order and sorry you are not happy with one of the items. I can see you ordered 2 different manufacturers one in a short fitting and one in a regular fitting. Each manufacturer does have slightly different fits. That manufacturer just may not be the one for you. Have you still got the labels you have taken off? If not as long as they haven't been worn just call or email us. We are extremely accommodating in these situations and will refund you. To leave a 2 star review over a trouser you have ordered that doesn't fit is a bit harsh. At least give a company a chance to sort the issue out. Hope to hear from you soon.

My son is autistic, dyspraxic with learning disabilities and multiple chronic illnesses. He finds clothes shopping difficult until we found Chatleys. Here he feels more comfortable for trying on clothes. We appreciate the friendly faces and the help that is always offered
