Goated service, thanks

One of the legs (?) of my glasses came off and I lost the screw. I send them an e-mail to ask for a new screw. The next day they send me a plastic bag with more than 10 of them including a handy little screwdriver that you can hang on your keychain. Fantastic service!
Are they the best glasses? Of course not, impossible for these prices. But they are pretty good and there are many different models and colours. I'm a fan!

There was a large selection of frame styles, glass types and colors, and frame materials. Instructions for choice and “trying on” were excellent. The placing of an order was easy. Delivery was within two days of ordering.

Quite poor quality. Prescription and glass placement seemed off on one pair of glasses and both were a very poor fit with loose arms and just felt flimsy as if they would break very easily.

Had a good experience. Glasses were received relatively quickly and I had no issues.

Always had very good experiences with Charlie Temple. I've ordered multiple times and never any issues. Ordered two sunglasses on Sunday and those were - as promised - delivered today.

Excellent service, no quibbles returns and great value. Why can't more companies be like this!

This is the most unprofessional, incompetent site I've ever had the misfortune of buying from. My glasses never showed up, and it's impossible to reach anyone! I sent four emails—no response. I tried calling—nothing. I even reached out on Facebook and Instagram, and still, not a damn word. I lost my money, and they couldn’t care less. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam of a site!

Very bad service. Never received my ordered glasses! No response to e-mail of on Instagram.

I have received the wrong order weeks ago and no one seems to reply to my email nor answer the phone. Their phone is also off at the moment. I have ordered here in the past but I will never order here again sadly.
Would not recommend!

No one ever responds to any emails and when calling the number stated on the website, you only get referred by an automatic voice to their customer service email address. My order was sent to an old address, I tried three times way before my order was dispatched to reach customer service to update to the correct delivery address and never got a response. The 4 glasses for home try-on have now been sent to the wrong address where I no longer live, so am not able to return them. I have no idea now how I will be able to avoid getting charged for the 4 glasses.

I received my new glasses from C T. around 3 March 2024. I had a problem with my glasses from the start. I have written to C T a minimum of 6 times and forget calling them. Only once in the past 2 weeks was I able to connect but placed on hold (I was #6 in line) for 27.28 minutes. I gave up holding.

The problem I have with the glasses is that they do not fit well, and I found the frame really cheap.

I will say thid that this is the first time I have had a problem with them. I have over the years received good glasses.

I won't be ordering again. Despite having ordered over 10 times without any issues, my last order still hasn't been sent by them after 3 weeks, and it's impossible to reach customer service.

I read a lot of negative reviews but already ordered four pairs of glasses and never any problems. Delivered on time (single glasses one working day and progressive glasses five working days) and everything fine.

Don't think you should expect miracles from them, but fast and good value for money.

Nice to quickly and easily purchase an extra or different pair of glasses for variety.

i ordered glasses but i never recieved them. i sent 3 e-mails but they never replied. i also called the costumer service but nobody picked up

Made an order a few days ago, that claims to be delivered, but it never was!!!
No one is responding my mails or phone call!
Is this all a scam?

Cheap glasses and ok quality (you get what you paid for so no complaint from me). It was delivered quite quickly as well.

I really dont get the negative reviews. In the past 4 years I have ordered 6 pairs of glasses and every one of them where absolutely fine. The sunglasses could be a bit better but what do you expect at that price
