Would receive glasses within 2 working days. Received an email that glasses were out of stock (even though they were available on the site) and the sending would be delayed for 7 working days. After more then a month, still haven't received anything. They do not pickup the phone, they do not reply the several emails I have send them.
Ordered 19/04/2023 after receiving the email that the sunglasses that I liked were available again.
Received an email 20/04/2023 citing a mistake with the stock and that the order would take too long to complete. They offered to:
— choose another frame/glasses within the same price
— choose to cancel the order and receive a refund within 8 days (not specified if this is working days)
As these were the only glasses I was interested in, I asked a cancellation and refund. We're now more than 8 business days further and there has been NO communication from their side and NO refund.
I just mailed them again asking for the refund. If I don't receive it in the next week, I will do as others and report for fraud.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Charlie Temple, the company from which I purchased a pair of glasses. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now, but they seem to have completely ignored my emails. I needed to return the glasses, but because of their lack of communication, I have been unable to do so. Now I am stuck with a pair of glasses that are completely leased out and not wearable for me.
What's even more frustrating is that I was interested in purchasing another pair of glasses from them, but their poor customer service has left me seriously considering buying from somewhere else. It's unbelievable that they are not willing to assist their customers in a timely and efficient manner, especially when it comes to returns. Since you can only contact them by e-mail, it is impossible to get in touch with them.
I have lost all faith in Charlie Temple's ability to provide quality customer service, and I would strongly advise anyone considering buying glasses from them to think twice. It's a shame that they have let their customers down in such a manner.
