I'm delighted with my products - they're exactly what I wanted and had been searching for and the prices are very fair. Worst experience I have had shopping online. Ordered item very early December, delivery date was due before Christmas. Didn't arrive had no gift for Christmas, and after contacting customer support they did nothing for me not even cover delivery fee

I’m so sorry but deliveries from UK to Ireland take much longer time after Brexit and especially in the Christmas period, Royal Mail stikes, delays are expected and I am sorry the situation was not resolved for you - we left the conversation open to make sure we found a solution for you, but with the amount of clients and orders we had to dispatch, it’s almost impossible to track each order, especially if the clients are not contacting us anymore.
It appears that the Royal Mail has finally dispatched your item on Friday from the UK, and as we have talked before, please kindly refuse the delivery and let me know, so the order can be returned to us and refunded.

We shipped your item on the 28th of November, but unfortunately, just like all businesses in the UK who are relying on Royal Mail to deliver their items, we are facing delays.
