Ordering our outdoor table & 4 chairs was simple enough, we received the order 4 working days later & we are absolutely thrilled. The quality of the wood is excellent & it is well made. No unsightly screws just nicely notched together ( if that’s the term used) We feel it’s very good value for money & would highly recommend the seller.

bbq never turned up. contacted them online to advise, only to find out i had been refunded a couple of days earlier. i didnt even receive a courtesy email advising me, and im still none the wiser as to why it was cancelled/refunded. unprofessional and frankly bizarre.

Simple to order online. My bistro set was delivered in time and I managed to put it together by myself. I’ve had lots of lovely comments from friends and family, several of whom are intending to buy from same company. The set is sturdy and excellent value for money.

Beautiful loungers. Unfortunately one was broken so had to get replacement. The delivery did not come on time and collection date was wrong too. Hey ho, all sorted now just need good weather to lounge

It all started well. Customer service was great but then in relation to the delivery it fell apart.
I specifically ordered in relation to the delivery times, I emailed the customer service to explain that this was being delivered to a caravan site and someone had to be onsite to accept the delivery.
I was assured of the delivery would be received but no it wasn’t.
The delivery arrived at the hub at 07.22 on Friday it is now 12.30 pm on the Tuesday and it is still not here.
those waiting to take in the delivery for me have had to wait and i was assured it would be today between 9-12!
Customer service have gone quiet.
The delivery company at least have responded but it hasn’t been the best experience.
It has been extremely stressful!

Cover for my swing seat fitted as well as you would expect a "1 size fits all". To weather bad gales, I have put a tie strap around it at mid height.

We decided to go for a log splitter which required neither power nor fuel and could not be happier with that decision having bought the 12 ton model at a very competitive price from a company that dispatched speedily and delivered the item well packaged. This splits large logs with ease, which is exactly what we 2 OAP's needed. This model is very heavily constructed and I do not anticipate having any problems with it all.

Picked out a bistro set prior to moving. When I came to order the set had been reduced in the sale. Set arrived promptly and ready assembled which was fantastic. Super comfortable chairs and very stylish addition to our patio

Quite enjoyed putting it together, and the result is impressive!
We've used it now several times and cannot fault the ease of use and the cooked results. It's so quick to raise the temperature and to work with. Surprisingly little smoke produced.
My son (who's very much into his BBQs) used it and couldn't believe it was so cheap for the quality!
Loved the stainless steel tray above and under the cover for keeping food hot while continuing to cook more food.
Delivery was prompt and tracked.
One small niggle was the consistency of the sketches in the instructions; quite difficult matching the items against the drawings and which way up they went.
Generally very satisfied!
