Nearly every connection hole joining the chairs and table together we're misaligned.
I had to use brut strength and the aid of a long sash clamp to hold and complete the job which took much longer than necessary.

They also use the delivery company DX. I received my email from DX giving me my day of delivery and a two hour window. They failed to deliver during this time frame and when I contacted DX, they never had my order even loaded onto the van in the first place.

From ordering to collection everything went smoothly. Beautiful egg chair .

Great product. Bought a parasol base on wheels. Extremely solid. Easy to assemble and quick delivery. Was originally planning to order via B&Q but delivery times didn’t suit my needs so secured directly from supplier. Very happy.

The service from Charles Bentley was great. The only problem was the delivery, came as single handed delivery and asked if someone could help him, really unprofessional as had to get my arthritic daughter to help as I'm 77 yo .

I ordered a base for my parosol. The product was 'in stock' when I ordered it and
I received an order confirmation email straight away. However, a week later I had still not received any confirmation on when it was being dispatched. So I emailed them and then received response to say the iitem was out of stock. Only then did they refund the item!

The customer service and updates were excellent and the delivery was very timely. I was telephoned by the delivery company the day before the delivery to ensure it would run smoothly. The quality of the furniture is very good and I would certainly recommend and purchase from them in the future. A good old fashioned (in the right way) company that knows how customers should be treated.

Beautiful design.
One of the holes for the screw thread was missing-aligned, but we managed to force it in to get the nut on.
It looks beautiful outside the front of our house…..,very pleased with it.

My rattan corner sofa arrived very quickly. Keenan, the delivery driver was sooo helpful. He actually wheeled the large box round to my patio for me. The furniture was very easy to assemble but the clips to clip the 2 sections together don't fit. I will work something out.

Ordered 3 patio citrus trees, two were perfect but one arrived dry and distressed, showed pictures on the return email, no quibbling, immediately ordered me a replacement tree. Excellent service and great product.

I ordered last Friday after eventually making the discount code work. I have been informed it has been dispatched but the courier has no indication of when it will actually be delivered. No date for delivery nothing 5 days later. I appreciate it takes time to get it filtered into the system but a date should be available by now?
