The main man Mike perfect delivery

James the driver was very friendly and delivered our gate in great condition with no fuss.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN SOD YOU. This is my first time and last time to use this company. Order goods a month ago, arranged had to ring up to find out when they were going to deliver (on hold for 25mins) Arranged delivery, I had someone wait in and the delivery never arrived, no update no communication. Rang the office to find out where it was, got through to sales with 30 secs, who transferred me too the transport, and they left me on hold. Rang sales again and told them this was out of order and could they sort this out. Office lady was to call me back nothing, currently on hold again as I write this review………..Will review again if or when I get delivery. Will never use them again and would advise everyone to go else where.

I was kept updated with regards to the delivery time and Steve and Dave V arrived as scheduled. They were professional throughout the delivery and placed the items exactly where I wanted them. A credit to their company

Chad was my delivery diver today. Got several updates on delivery and he turned up right on time. He was very helpful and carried everything into the back garden it didn't hurt that he smelt lovely too. Love Charles and Ivy and i would highly recommend to anyone

Was very disappointed with this company. Placed a 4k order with them. Ordered on their website then after 10 days phoned them to see when they would be delivering it only to be told it was out of stock and I wouldn’t get it for atleast 6 weeks. They did offer me £500 refund if I waited the 6 weeks for it. Then 6 weeks came still had to chase for delivery finally got a delivery but delivered wrong size posts. By this time I was totally fed up of this company so told them to fetch it all back. Went to a different company in the end and got it all delivered in 4 days with the correct size posts.

The company is easy to order and deal with and it was good to speak with a helpful person on the phone!
I had a small issue with a mix up with my order but it was resolved immediately without questionI
The delivery guys, Steve & Pablo were great and I would definitely recommend this company!

Delivery was great, Steve and David v were lovely and wonderfully helpful.
Gate not fitted yet, so as long as that is all OK then would 100% recommend

I visited last Saturday morning on my way to visit family and was impressed with the showroom- being able to view products in the various designs, but had to wait a while before being attended to as initially there was only one member of staff available and she was with another customer.
Eventually Emma came up and apologised for my wait and explained that she'd had to deal with several phone calls.
Emma was really helpful and knowledgeable and explained in detail about the process. She was able to give me a quote for materials going on my own measurements to give me an idea of costs and explained that my details can be passed onto a contractor, if I so wish, once the surveyor has visited.

Anthony delivered the items excellently and also gave advice on installation of posts. The text system used by Charles and Ivy needs a little update as I first had a an email to say delivery was to be between 1.03pm and 4.03pm on 19/3/26, then it was updated to 1.22 to 3.22pm, then again to 13.58pm,then was actually delivered on 4.53pm. I understand that trafiic affects this but probably best to just leave the first message in place?

The delivery was within time slot and they took it around to the back of the house for me. Pleasant chaps
