Unfortunately we recieved our heart boards after the Valentine rush and it was delayed 3 times by shipping. Very frustrating as we had it up on our website and product was supposed to arrive Tuesday and didn’t reciebe until late Friday. Now stuck with 75 heart boards.

I asked to cancel the order before it was shipped. It was still delivered to me and now I’m unable to return it.

They responded well and sent me and replacement unfortunately the replacement was bad
They responded well and sent me replacement product no complaint on the customer service just a complaint on the product. The replacement was the same as what I had the boards were bent and unusable
