Very bad, didnt had the liquidity excahnge took 5 hours.... and asked refund they didnt give, and say takes 3 days.
So had to keep for 5 hours to wait a exchange take seconds normally. better go other sites!

The swap was delayed at the payout stage due to network conditions and an ETA was provided. Before completion, payout details were reconfirmed to ensure everything was correct. After confirmation, the swap was successfully completed.
The process slightly exceeded the initial ETA due to network conditions and it was still completed within a relatively close timeframe and does not match the duration mentioned in the review.
If you have a moment, we would truly appreciate it if you could reconsider the rating in light of the full context of the case. Thank you!

This is a complete corporate scam.Refusing a Zero-Risk USDC Reversal: I deposited USDC, a 100% transparent and traceable stablecoin on the public ledger. I have already fully cooperated and provided full physical residential lease contracts, certified payment bills, and complete translated logs proving these are my legitimate earnings. I am demanding a Return-to-Source Refund back to my original sending address. Reversing a rejected transaction back to its precise source carries ABSOLUTELY ZERO laundering or integration risk for ChangeNOW.Illegal Civil Expropriation: Sumsub (their KYC vendor) has permanently locked the automated channel, meaning the service is officially terminated.
