Concerns Regarding the Introduction of a Maintenance Fee
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent implementation of a €20 passive account maintenance fee. I understand from your comments on trustpilot that customers were informed about this new fee via email and through your social media channels. However, the reality is that the volume of services and corresponding updates that an individual is expected to track is overwhelming, making it impractical to stay informed of all terms and conditions changes.
If customer retention and satisfaction are truly priorities for your company, a more direct and personal notification method such as SMS or a dedicated email warning about the impending charge would have been appreciated. This would have allowed your customers the courtesy of taking necessary actions to avoid this fee.
I have personally recommended your services to many in my circle, and this situation has not only placed me in an uncomfortable position but has also led me to reconsider my choose of your company. I am now faced with a loss of trust from those I have referred, and I am contemplating withdrawing my association with your services altogether.
I understand that these are challenging times for businesses, but transparency and customer respect are crucial. An alternative approach could have been the introduction of optional plans with minimal fees, which customers could choose to opt into, rather than imposing a flat maintenance fee.
I feel misled by this action and would appreciate a more considered approach in the future.

Horrible experience, after the company starts selling your crypto assets on their own and taking 20EUR fee for themselves without your consent. I hardly believe this is a legal action, hopefully some regulatory authority will look into this as it seems straight up fraudulent.

If you mean passive account fee then It's important to note that this fee can be easily avoided by staking at least one cryptoasset or making a trade (buy or sell) of any size within 90 days. Have been using the app since 2019 and been highly satisfied. Simple and enjoyable UX, I have all the features I need for my more passive investing needs - many assets both crypto and traditional, staking, limit orders and more.
Pricing is better than most other apps I’ve used and customer support also faster. Overall very happy and will continue using.
As i’m staking crypto no passive account fee applies, easy hack around it while earning money too.

Inactivity fee unnotified
I was charged a €20 inactivity fee despite never receiving any email communication. I tried reaching out to support, but they keep stating it's not their fault if I didn't receive the email. I'm not the only one facing this treatment, and we've decided to close both the account and relationship with them. It's a truly shameful and borderline fraudulent attitude; users shouldn't bear the consequences of email delivery issues!

This is a scam! They sold my ADA at the cheapest rate ever! With no notification, no warning, anything!
I opened the app after some time to make an investment and what could I see I have been charged already 3 times 20eur. They just sold ADA to take fees. SO no I will never will be able to make returns on my investment... A complete scam! I believe this is an illegal action.. They charge a passive account fee
They charge a passive account fee, that's 20 euros flat. If you just started investing and bought e.g. 100 euros just to test out the waters, you're now stuck with a bad experience with crypto overall, because you got essentially scammed (you can say that this was in the conditions; sure, I'm saying these conditions are hurting the customers, especially if you don't give them even notice about this charge!).
Really, if they kept the charge, and just notified people properly, they could even improve their business goals as people would trade more frequently. It's really nonsense that they'd hurt their long-term prospects and their brand like this. Nobody's going to believe them after something like this happens.
This company is making the crypto space worse for everyone. This company is the reason people see the entire crypto as a scam.

Don't invest on this platform
Don't invest on this platform it's a scam. If your account goes into passive mode they charge 20 euros every month. I don't understand this amount but that wouldn't matter as much as the fact that they don't give you any information that this has happened. No email, notifications just nothing. If only they would send notifications that in order to pay this fee they would sell your crypto but of course that didn't happen. Basically you come back to the app after a long time and see that they sold everything and charged you as a fee.

Made a deposit via the app, the app crashed, and now the money seems to be in limbo or held somewhere.
Made a deposit to my Change account via the app. It showed that it's going to be there instantly, but then the app crashed at the exact moment. No money appeared in my Change account. Now, Change has refunded me or some third-party bank they do business with, and I'm supposed to get refunded within a maximum of 14 days. This is a joke. I've already lost money because of that, including a time-sensitive investment I was planning. Nobody is going to refund me for that. I don't recommend this product! Change, please change my mind and make me think the opposite.
