I'll never buy another bra brand again!

Love the fit and quality of the product, and the staff are always extremely helpful. I started shopping here about 4 years ago and I'll never buy another bra brand again.

Uncomfortable experience

I went to the shop in Itis where the girl that served me look like she had rolled out of bed and straight into work.

Where is the professionalism?

I don't know if they are motivated by sales or not but if I am coming in to buy something for my wife with her details in hand, I do not need some relative child harassing me and watching my every move.

Just a generally uncomfortable experience.

Not sure their bras are even that good anyway. I went elsewhere, cost them a big sale.

The service is great

The service is great, both online and in the store. It was also very nice to receive help in English. On chat, the questions were answered immediately! And in the store, the customer service was very considerate and helpful! :)
