I had a wonderful experience at Change Lingerie in Fredrikstad Centrum. Marthe Elise was amazing: friendly, helpful, accommodating. As a regularly-visiting foreigner with terrible Norwegian language skills, I often feel like an unwelcome inconvenience in shops... but not with Marthe & not in Change Lingerie Fredrikstad Centrum. She made me feel confident in the swimsuits I tried, checked for additional sizes, and took care of me every step of the way. A fabulous employee who truly helped make my day. I ended up purchasing 3 swimsuits and I will definitely return to this location and work with Marthe again. Thank you, Marthe!!!
On the other hand, I first had a horrible experience at Change - Østfoldhallene a few days ago... it was my first visit to a Change store and it was likely to be my last. However, given that the brand carries swimwear in my unique bra size, I wanted to give a different Change location a chance - and I am so glad I did.
