Unfortunately I have to score the team a ONE.
My order was designated as a 2/3 day supplier order. After patiently waiting for 1.5 working weeks I called to ascertain progress. I was told my order was in that day and it would be with me next day. The same happened the two days after. I was then told that the wrong item had been ordered.
After emailing and getting nowhere really, I mailed and said that my order needed tonne credited unless the article arrived by Wednesday 1st June: almost a whole month after I placed my order.
I work in supply chain, I know how difficult things are, BUT, customers deserve an honest/factual and prompt stream of information. We don’t need bulls**t and broken promises. Tell us the facts so we can decide what we should do.

Bark buster Storm Handguards, brilliant design & very easy to install. Thoroughly recommend both the product & Chainspeed staff, their approach to customer service is exemplary.
Pretty bad customer experience
Pretty bad experience with these guys. I ordered bar end sliders for Suzuki sv650x but turned out they were not compatible as it was claimed on the web site. I also ordered tank protector which was claimed to be in stock, but after I made an order they informed me that it was out of stock and I would have to wait for at least 2-3weeks to get it sent over to me. I sent bar sliders back as they promised a refund for that plus for the postage expenses, but I have waited for over a week and nothing happened, so I had to chaise them again. Still waiting for that refund. Not dealing with them again

Placed an order 2 weeks ago on 2 - 3 day delivery. Nothing listed as out of stock….still waiting for anything more than an order acknowledgment.
Don’t have the courtesy to respond to online communication and blatantly lie about order status when contacted by phone.
Next time I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
This is my second review of Chainspeed…
This is my second review of Chainspeed I complained about them when my parts did not arrive. I ordered 3 parts for my new Triumph on the 11thMay I have sent Emails but not had them answerd, what I have had is 15 Emails re my status but now on the 30th May and still no parts. This is disgusting service when all pats were 3 to 5 days delivery.
Great service
I was initially concerned as the Kriega gear I ordered wasn’t in stock. However, we agreed a delivery date and my fab luggage arrived a week early! Top marks guys. Great comms and great service.
Ordered a Techalogic rear Coloured…
Ordered a Techalogic rear Coloured Screw Cap & Glass For DC-1 on the 6th of May and paid for fast delivery. No delivery one week later and advised that they couldn’t find tracking at warehouse for the order. Then advised it would be 2-3 working days on the 13th. Called on 18th and advised the owner Tom was chasing techalogic as order didn’t arrive. We cancelled the order as we felt we were getting fobed off. If a product isn’t in stock then state that on your website, don’t let your customers wait a week expecting a delivery then the customer has to chase as no communication received. Would not recommend I’m afraid and it takes a lot for me to leave any company with a poor review.
Bad customer experience
Ordered the sw motech frame slider kit for my z1000sx on 1,3,22 they was delievered 5,3,22 opened the packaging on the 8,3,22 and 2 major bolts was missing emailed them on the 16,3,22 about it i got a response on the 21,3,22 apologising and they would send some out when they have some in stock 11,4,22 emailed again and was promised a 1-3day delivery... its now 14,5,22 no contact from chain speed ignoring all emails and dont answer the phones iv gone straight to sw motech and managed to source the bolts i need i wont be using these again even the website says they have the full kits in stock no the most helpful of companies

Sadly marked down due to hassle with delivery. Had to make several calls to chase my delivery. The guys at Chainspeed were very polite and sympathetic but believed the issue to be with Royal Mail. However turned out to be Chainspeed issue for not paying enough postage! I had to pay the surcharge but Chainspeed reimbursed immediately. So if it hadn’t been for the very long delivery time, like 23 days from placing the order (Easter was some of the delay) then I would have given a better rating.
0 customer service and serious delays
It is not the fault of Chainspeed that the initial shipping of my item would be delayed. But it is entirely Chainspeeds fault concerning the way they handled the problem. My item took over 3 months to arrive from the date it was ordered and not once did Chainspeed contact me or even try to keep me informed. Atop this, I noticed that the item was back in stock on their website so I emailed to ask what was going on, my reply was a dispatch note. So they had stock of my item but it took me contacting them to inform them of their own stock.
