Still don't have part of order.... Had to chase up, communication with customers poor... Did not return my calls, reason for delays not explained. Items were suppose to be in stock now almost a month and still no apology or information???

Faulty BTM03 returned over 3 months ago.
They eventually answered the phone and told me it was sent to manufacturer for diagnosis and replacement. No calls, no emails, me doing all the chasing and nothing. Complete lack of customer care or service. Disgraceful and frankly the business has fallen to pieces since Sam left. They have kept £75 of my money and I have nothing in return. If that is the sort of service that you think is acceptable, knock yourselves out. If not, avoid this business and give your money to people who deserve it.

Nothing delivered after 9 days with 3 emails sent unanswered. Promised delivery in 72hrs on their website. Currently in a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Still no correspondence from Chainspeed. Absolutely disgusting service.

Helpful and friendly staff but the product I ordered was out of stock. No notification received and when I rang they offered to swap to an alternative colour. A week later and still nothing. Another call and they swap had not been processed. Sorted this time but my original colour arrived. Mistakes happen and staff were helpful but I won't be using them again.
Terrible company avoid!
Chainspeed sent the wrong item twice and I had to constantly chase them, this went on for nearly a month! I was told I would get my postage refunded if I sent the item back. I sent it back and they won’t refund me.
Luckily I got them to collect the second wrong item at their cost and I have now bought it elsewhere.
The guy on the phone promises to sort everything but it’s basically them fobbing you off.
