Chadwick's still cares even after the sale
Very knowledgeable salespeople. Also, when I had a problem with my barbecue, they contacted the manufacturer to get labour covered. Very customer-focused.

All was great except that I had to inquire why my order was not being shipped. When having large delays by suppliers, it would be useful to either post that online, or send a heads up email to all people that made orders which will be delayed.
