Don't order from this company! The return policy is a scam and does everything to prohibit a credit. The request has be be reviewed and accepted, you must pay for shipping and then they determine if they provide a refund for the item and/or the shipping.
I ordered two pillows on Black Friday and they arrived compressed from China in an envelope. After two nights of trying them my neck was more stiff. When I contacted them for a return and refund, the company responded that they do not take any refunds/returns on a sale item. Also you would have to send the pillows to France from the US at your own expense. They offered me 50% on another item and I am now stuck with two unused pillows. Sale or no sale the company is sticking you with the item if it does not work.
I have notified my physical therapist who recommended trying this product and the consensus is that there are many other options in the market and this type of product needs to be tried. If you do not want to keep it do not order it!!!!!

I prefer to sleep 8 hours at night. A good pillow is the very important thing for a good night sleep and for the afternoon nap as well. It should be well structured and long lasts.
I would like to mention about the neck pain contour pillow that is really an unique product. I liked the brilliant ergonomical design structure of this pillow. The head support area for the back sleeping -side sleeping and the cervical support area for the back sleeping- side sleeping really works fine. I liked their fast delivery services.

I've used their contour neck pillow and it works amazingly! I've always had a really back posture and back pain which came from sleeping in the wrong position but all of that got its fix when I got this pillow. It adjusts to your neck and makes your sleeping posture so much better. I feel so rested when I wake!
