My partner has tried to add the number on to his pin after I had made the account and used the offer for £25 and it has been refused twice I even gave the number to my friend who is a different prison to add the number to his pin and the same thing it got rejected, I have asked for a refund of the money and they told me no because of money laundering.
I highly rate c2c. Very quick and no fuss to open account with them. Even though I made a mistake when opening an account with them by accidentally hitting wrong digit on my mobile. They resolved the issue very quickly with in hours. I would recommend c2c . No fuss happily help,easy to use, set up . Can't fault them.

I was in a panic as I no longer had access to the mobile number I had linked to the cell2cell telephone number, After emailing with my new number asking if it could be amended I received a response within a couple minutes, The change was then made instantly. Amazing customer service speedy response, ver very please.
Didn’t understand at first but the emailed them and they were amazing couldn’t fault them, very fast with replying to emails and sorting everything out.
