Confusing information on the…
Confusing information on the website,making you confused on what to choose. That's why is best to be careful who you hire .
They using terms like "setting up direct debit" making you think you signing in for a contract. On the website i saw an ofer for a month, then when i got the letter and sim they asked to set up a direct debit, witch defies the pay as you go option, to top up only when you want or need to , rather than every month like a contract.
Cause it i wanted a contract i would had continued with mine or i would had signed for one.
Pick your words wisely when describing a service, cause if people unhappy, on long term thats not good.

Excellent personnel support
Excellent personnel support without autobot or foreign help desk. Found the entire process of communicating very easily. All queries were answered within 4-5 hours in a friendly manner. Product delivered very quickly, i will definitely buy more items from IDC and have already. Great work.
