Four stars for the bras I ordered, but 5 stars for the customer service!

I ordered a Deep V Push-Up bra and the Strapless Bandeau bra in small, and their cup were unfortunatly too big (too pointy?) leaving a gap between my breast and the top of the cup.

With their Perfect Fit Guarantee, they offered a wonderful service suggesting other bra styles adapted to me. Shout out to Sophie, really kind and meticulous in her approach. :)

This is a beautiful quality product. I feel well supported with the thicker straps and the 3 hook thicker back strap. Love the square back shape. I suffer from urticaria under and at the side of the breast where usual bras dig into me. This does noy hapoen with these bras as they are like a 2nd skin. I bought the scalloped ones in every colour as they are feminine.
I would particularly recommend these for breast cancer customers who have had reconstructions or LD flaps as i experience no pain when wearing these bras. Usually after 20 years since my op i am having to take my bra off when i get in as i experience pain on the scar. I like the non wired bras. Sculpted cups and the feeling of support these bras give. Plus the hook extender idea. Customer service is 2nd to none and satisfaction is guaranteed. I wont be buying from anyone else from now on. I particularly endorse this for breast cancer customers.

Bra fits well and so comfortable. No lumps and bumps when wearing fitted tops, t-shirts etc. Not the sexiest looking bra but a small price to pay for comfort! Will be buying more.

Sizing was off and second set of order was sent in a different size. Second set didn’t fit either and I was told I cannot return but don’t fret, I could get a discount on starting over. This system is wasteful, unsustainable and fraudulent. Not to mention drafting AI emails instead of actually running a business. Will not be purchasing from them again.

I’ve had mine for 1 month, 1 black and 1 White, both worn maximum 3 times. The white one is falling apart, I sent an email with pics and was told by the company it’s “wear and tear” AFTER 3 wears??? Clearly they are NOT designed to be worn!!! So don’t spend your hard earned money they might fall apart after 3 times

Faultless from start to finish. My initial order arrived very quickly but unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of bra, size and fit for me. I contacted Customer Services, who very promptly responded. Grace was incredibly helpful and after a few questions advised me on what bra she thought would be the best option for me, and I do not need to return the first order, I can gift or donate them. I am waiting for my new bras to arrive, which I am sure will be perfect. The bras themselves are gorgeous, such soft fabric, but very supportive, and no wires. Cannot rate highly enough. Thank you.

Advice and responsiveness - 5 star!

I purchased a bra from Celeste D’or Curve, but unfortunately, the fit was not right for me. I contacted them to request a return, and they told me about their “Perfect Fit Guarantee,” assuring me that I could keep the bra I purchased and have it replaced with one that fits better.
I replied to their email, explained my concerns, and clearly stated which bra I wanted as a replacement. They would respond, and I would reply again, only to receive another email a few days later claiming that they had not received my response. I would follow up again, and the same thing would happen over and over.
Eventually, they would stop replying altogether, forcing me to contact them again through their website. They would acknowledge my concern, but the cycle would repeat itself, with another email claiming they had not received my response, despite my repeated replies and follow-ups.
Honestly, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Their “Perfect Fit Guarantee” sounds great, but what is the point of offering it if the process is this difficult? I have spent so much time chasing them just to resolve a simple issue.
I wish I could post all the email exchanges here to show exactly how many times I have followed up and how frustrating this experience has been.
I expected better customer service and a company that stands by its promises. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

If there is a skeptic out here I am it!!! But after trying all different types if bras high end and low...I saw these advertised and I took a chance. To my pleasant surprise they are ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! They are soft, comfortable and the lift without pinching wires is INCREDIBLE!!!
And the customer service was wonderful,,,I wanted to order two more and I did not remember which style I ordered so I contacted them, and they found the original order and contacted me quickly!
So to me this company knows how to take care of customers...SPOT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be
a customer forever!!! Thank you ladies for taking care of us OLDER GALS...I am an active 74 year old that still rides horse and now can be completely comfortable!!!

I placed an order and realized too late (after it was dispatched ) that I ordered a bra that was way too small. Emily replied and assured me that if it did not fit when it arrived , to contact her and she would help me out. She was so amazing and my issue was dealt with quickly. I really appreciated her understanding and kindness. It’s so very rare to get such good service. Thank you Emily . I appreciate You.

I decided to give these bras a go but when they arrived they were not quite the right size. I contacted them right away and the customer experience I received was exceptional. I have replacement bras coming to me in a smaller size. Can't wait to wear them as the material is so soft and the make seems good quality. Thank you, Molly, for all your help :)

I have sent pictures of the two bras that didn't fit. I am requesting return label and a full refund.

I ordered the atrapless bra. It was comfortable but i felt it wasn’t tight enough around my ribcage. When I contacted Celeste D’or Curve, they offered to send me a smaller size AND I didn’t need to send back the first bra. This is their Perfect Fit Guarantee. I really appreciate this as it is a hassle to send items back. Great customer service!

This bra is actually comfortable and I can wear it all day! It stays in place (no yanking it down every hour like other wireless bras) and provides excellent support. Overall pretty surprised this bra lives up to its claims. Amen!

Uncomfy bra and used stalling tactics to fob me off on my return until I was outside of the returns window. Scam.

The products have really good quality, my order arrived in a few days, prices are quite reasonable compare to the quality and the customer services are really helpful, they quickly response and aim to resolve your issue.

The item was too small so included an extra part to attach to the bra. But more significantly I cannot unsubscribe to ALL their masses of marketing emails. For MONTHS I have been trying, including blocking them, reporting them, replying to them asking to unsubscribe. But I’m still getting around 2 emails a day in my main inbox. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.
