Utter scam
Utter scam, after multiple emails I still can’t return my goods. I don’t want to exchange them as I can see from the product design no sizing in the bra will suit me. Shapewear sizing is so small I couldn’t even try it on. G string has horrible tight elastic around the top I didn’t even try it on. Terrible quality items, you could buy better literally anywhere

I ordered my first bra off this site and was completely satisfied with the fit and the feel. When I ordered 2 more I ordered the incorrect fit. Customer service has been amazing. Prompt response's to my emails, follow up messages and the correct bras are now on their way. Emily has been so helpful. I forget that I am actually wearing a bra. Gone are the red marks and painful wires digging in my skin. I can definitely recommend this company.

Well I have finally found the bra that has solved my continuous back problems, the fitting and comfort is amazing and have even worn to the gym (using a tighter hook! )
I had an issue with 2 incorrect bras which was dealt with by the lovely Chloe in a very professional and friendly way, Chloe arranged two replacements through there perfect fit guarantee, all correspondence were responded to very quickly and efficiently.

Awful - avoid
What’s really odd is that Celeste D’or asked for more info on my precious review to be able to investigate but in reality it was to have the review removed. Avoid at all costs. Returns are not accepted, it’s just a front for a relentless pushback negotiation. The product was poor and ill fitting. I measured myself and the product was too small but I’d ordered the right size. The produce was overall not the quality expected so I wanted a return. I’ve gone through 3 different process’ replied to multiple emails, just saying every time I want a return and they are gate keeping. I will now be raising a charge back as the supplier is impossible to deal with and not upholding the terms stated on their website. The hundreds of reviews all saying the same should be a real concern. I would assume a large volume of positive reviews are bots as the product is awful and the customer service is non-existent.
Weeks of terrible service - I just want they things gone but they won’t give me the address.

Although, they can have a 1 for the fact that somebody does reply to emails.
However, the fact that the first size I selected did not fit and did not support - they did what they said they would and sent the next size they suggested and I can keep all 4 bras.
However, the next size still didn't fit, so I asked for a return and refund.
However, due to their 'perfect fit' policy - they have kept to their part of their policy and no bras can be returned and no refund is offered.
As I said to them, how can it be a perfect fit policy, when the bras don't fit? However, I do not believe I will receive a refund.
They have offered me a 50% discount on any other products I might want to buy. But strangely, I do not want to and will not be buying any more products.
My computer also won't let me open their website or their policy link as it suggests this is a scam website.

We’re disappointed to see this review because it leaves out an important part of what happened.
When the original bras did not fit, our team worked with you over several emails to understand the coverage and support you were looking for. You provided your measurements, shared an example of the type of coverage you wanted, and after reviewing everything, our team recommended the Plus Size Seamless Soft V-Neck Wireless Full Support Jelly Bra in 4XL. You then confirmed that recommendation and asked for both replacements in Black.
Those two replacement bras were then arranged under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, with no need for you to return the original bras.
We completely accept that the replacement may still not have been the right fit for you, and we understand why that would be disappointing. However, it is not accurate to suggest that the Perfect Fit Guarantee was not honoured or that our team simply refused to help.
We also want to address the suggestion that our website is a “scam.” Browser security warnings can arise for a variety of technical reasons and do not, by themselves, establish that a business or website is fraudulent.
You are of course entitled to share your experience and your opinion of the products, but we believe it is important that the full sequence of support provided is also represented fairly.
So comfortable
I bought several bras which are super quality and so comfortable I had an issue with one of the bras after the second wash and they replaced it for me .

The bras I purchased were too large. When I requested to exchange Grace was more than helpful. She made sure that we were going to replace the bras with a size that would fit. The new bras came and they fit much better! I loved that they did not require me to return the bras that did not work. I was able to give them to someone who they did work for and they love the fit and comfort of the bras as much as I do. Thank you!

I like the overall fit, But with every bra I’ve tried there is No breast separation. I get the uno boob quickly. I love the no wire part, but I wouldn’t mind having a strip between the boobs that would keep them separate. I wear a 36 DD bra and they are saggy. Go back to the drawing board and produce this bra and I’ll be a customer forever. And I have friends and relatives with the same issues. That’s the reason for the less than perfect score.

Disappointed to report that I am amongst the cohort of very unhappy customers of Celeste D'or Curve.
I ordered a 3-pack of bras, a size up from what was recommended on the website's Size Chart. Not only did they take over two weeks to arrive (a bit long for an Australian company?) but they were too small, even with the included extenders.
I then began the return process, including sending photos of the three pairs, unworn with tags and all other requirements.
Was contacted some time later with an offer of a replacement and suggestions of two different styles. I thanked them for their offer and asked for the length measurement of the proposed replacement so I could be certain that they would fit.
Been over a week since my request for this measurement - no contact.
I am hoping to have a favourable conclusion to my problem, but fear that, after reading the reviews here which relate to sizing and return/refund problems, I may be in for a long and troublesome "run around".
Very sad that customers' issues aren't dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner. I'll certainly update when I get a solution.....

Have also had an email from Olivia on 23 September asking whether my issue has been resolved and if she didn't hear back from me, she would close the ticket. I replied that it hadn't and that Megan [AU] was handling it.
No contact since then.
Update as at 4 October
I sent ANOTHER message through the "Contact" page and ANOTHER email to Megan.
Got an email from Olivia 3 October expressing "how sorry they were and that this is not what they want for their customers", etc. Olivia stated that they didn't receive my reply to Megan's email - strange, as I have all the emails in that thread.....
I have been offered, AGAIN, the same two alternative styles as replacements and I have asked AGAIN for the length measurement to ascertain if they will fit - no use sending them if they won't!!
Now we're back to silence - no response, no follow up! Absolutely appalling.

I’ve been thinking about trying these bras for a while now, so I gave them a try. The special was buy 1 n the second one at half price, I ended up getting 2 orders with
-2 xSeamless Full Coverage Scalloped Wireless Jelly Bra-
-2 x Plus Size Seamless Soft V-Neck Wireless Full Support Bra-
The feel of them was so soft love it, I tried one but the band was flipping up which made it tight n uncomfortable. I tried it for a couple of days thinking it would shrink, it did not. Other than the band, the Bra itself was so comfortable to wear. I had always brought wire Bras, I was always told that wireless Bras never gave a lift. I was that person that when you got home the first thing you did was to take off your Bra.
I sent an email saying they were too tight.
It only took 24hrs to get a response which from a company it’s great to see.
OLIVIA answered my email, from there on she helped with all of my concerns. There was no pushing to buy more or questioning me about my complaints. We both decided to go up a size, she even asked if I was happy with the colours n style that I’ll be getting a replacement on ( with no cost to me n I don’t have to send the others back) where do you get that kind of service from any other company.
To all the women out there that has done the same thing when getting home( taking off your Bras) try these Bras you won’t regret it.
