Do not use this company. SCAM. Ordered a Fontaines DC record. Received 1 reply from them. Still awaiting my order. Have sent several follow on e mails, no reply.

I don’t usually do review's but I have to give a shout out to cd world for going out of their way to help me with a recent order, I have been ordering CDs from them for a long time now and I can highly recommend them.

I placed an order for a Bodhran bag on 9/12.
Received an email telling me it was shipped on 9/12 and received the item this morning.
I was worried that I had inadvertently paid twice, so emailed customer services. I still have not had a response.
I read the reviews of the company on Trustpilot, and was worried that I would never receive my item and struggle for a refund.
I am relieved that my item has appeared and is exactly as specified.
I felt that I should leave a good review after so many negative reviews, as my experience has been positive.
I only gave 4 stars due to my experience with customer services.

Tragedy! Scam!! I ordered at 4.11.2024 and till today (26.11.2024) didn't get any CDs. I emailed to them few times. No CDs, no refund. Beware of this! I refund my money only because of my Revolut.

SCAM WEBSITE. They do not deliver and will not respond to you once you ask for a refund. DO NOT USE. My money is gone and they haven't replied to 5 emails I have sent. Con artists

Item never got delivered.
They only reacted on my first email but once I asked for a refund they turned silent.
In total I sent 4 emails and also tried to contact them via their customer support page.

I don't like to write bad reviews but in this case I feel obliged to share my experience.

Genuinely shocked at the bad reviews as I received fast efficient and friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend. Not a scam website.

My order was delayed by a few weeks (I live in Ireland so it should have been here within a week at most), I contacted customer services twice and didn’t receive a reply. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal so I was able to raise the issue with them, after which CD World finally got in contact and sent me my order. Their excuse was that the CD I had ordered wasn’t in stock at the time of placing the order, despite the website saying it was in stock. I would avoid this company, not reliable and not worth the hassle

Avoid like the plague, i ordered a cd june 5th as a bday gift, its now mid july and after sending several emails both on site and direct i have no reply at all. They took the money and ran like the scammers they are.

I placed my order June 22nd, to date only half of my order has arrived, I have emailed the company on numerous occasions with no response, I am very disappointed with this service. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

Hadn't come across this company before and was unsure ordering through it, but quick delivery, and almost immediate response and update when I made a query. Will most likely be ordering again

What a shocking company . Absolutely no customer service. An email privided or an online request submitted both with zero response. You place an order money is taking straight away you get a conformation email and that is it . No shipment details no replies to countless emails. Stay clear . My order still awaiting shipment . An irish so called company 6 euro for shipping and still not dispatched. If you are looking for something quick then go to amazon . I will update this review again.

Ordered a CD 20 Jan and received a confirmation email of the order. Wasn't sure about the emails as they didn't seem legit and was concerned after looking at reviews here. However I recieved another email on 22 Jan saying my order was shipped and received the CD on 25 Jan with no issues.

A complete and utter disaster, have my money and no products. As was a Christmas Present, a complete joke of a company.
Stay well away from them.

Update: I have received a reply only because I escalated the issue with Paypal, I opted for a refund, if I hadn't escalated with Paypal I doubt I would have got a reply!!! Do not buy from this website!!!!!

I ordered 3 x CDs on 30/11, I have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact the company through the website and email but have got no response numerous times.
These CD's were meant to be for Christmas, so now I am both out of pocket and also down a Christmas present. Very unprofessional and very disappointed, I could have went to amazon but tried to shop local/ Irish!!!!

I am still waiting for my order to arrive very poor Customer Service I emailed twice and got no reply. I ordered cds (for a gift ) you would imagine living in the same country that there would be no issues with stock been dispatched on time I wouldn't recommend this company poor customer service that don't reply back to emails. Im not sure now if my order will even be delivered .

Easy to order and my tin whistle arrived 1 week early in Uk with several updates to keep me informed.

I ordered a cd on the 2nd of July and still have not received any cd!! I have got a confirmation email when I ordered this is nearly a month ago now I am very u happy with this service and will not be ordering again!!

15-06-2023 I ordered a cd ordernr 42266 by CDWorld Ireland and paid for it , untill now I heard nothing also not on my e-mail date 30-06-2023 what is wrong with this Compagny ????
