I’ve really been enjoying both the sun bed and sunscreen products from this tanning company. Their sun bed lotions are easy to apply, smell great, and help my skin feel hydrated instead of dry after a session. I also love how they enhance the color—my tan develops evenly, with a warm, natural tone rather than anything too intense or artificial.

Their sunscreens are just as impressive. They’re lightweight, blend in smoothly, and don’t leave that oily film some SPF products do. I appreciate that I can protect my skin while still maintaining the glow I want.

On top of the great products, the staff are absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond.

I was extremely disappointed by the behaviour I witnessed from someone representing this company. In my personal opinion, the national sales manager shared content on her public business-linked social media that came across as deeply insensitive and discriminatory. Seeing posts that appear to mock or target innocent people affected by conflict is shocking and, to me, completely unprofessional.

Using a business-associated page to broadcast personal political or inflammatory views reflects very poorly on the company as a whole. It raises serious questions about the values being promoted and whether leadership within the organisation condones this type of public behaviour.

In 2025, I expect compassion, inclusivity, and professionalism from any business claiming to represent the public. You cannot choose when to show empathy: it should be consistent, especially from those in senior roles. Based on what I’ve seen, this company has a long way to go in demonstrating those values.

I have used cc tanning products for years! I wouldnt go anywhere else!! The customer service is fantastic and always someone there to talk to when enquiring about products.

I placed an order thinking id selected the correct item. Later that day I received an email from them making sure I knew what I'd ordered was correct.
I called them back and spoke to Emma who had emailed me. She realised from my past orders what it was I needed and sorted it out for me prior to my phone call to her.
I was highly impressed with the customer care and attention from CC Tanning. Was good to talk to a human rather than a computer.
