took my money and no order
took my money and no order, i have emailed and contacted them through social media’s, ig and tik tok and no response, i think the whole brand is just a money scam i wouldn’t recommend, i am aware orders get missed but having gotten in contact and no reply i think the customer service is very low standard and shabby.
also seeing a similar review i am confident i wont be receiving my order!

Just avoid
After making an order to be delivered before our holiday, we're were really disappointed to find that they took our money and didn't send any products out. We emailed on three occasions, sent them a Facebook message and Instagram message. Still no reply. On the tracking details it just says an order has been placed. I do understand that on occasion something can get missed, but feel missing an order then three emails an Facebook an Instagram messages it just not caring. Now going through the banks fraud department to get my money back.

10000/10 for me!!! Never ever used a cream as good as the OSO Peach cream!!🤩 instant results from one sunbed, and the smell is just insane🤤.
