Cours de civilisation française de la Sorbonne Reviews

The quality of the teachers are the best. Your program should have server so students have a virtual learning environment and social networking service for education ( in the US we use schoology, Canvas, etc...) It’s very confusing getting emails from different teachers and different assignments. Having a service where all the assignments, schedules, contacts, discussions, grades, etc... makes the program more appealing. I hope you have it for the summer. Merci

You try to contact lla Foundation la Sorbonne by mail or telephone and there is no response
I have not receive information enough information about the culture conferences.
Also the hours promised in the brochure are less that the hours really given in by the teachers and too much videos and homework instead of real classes
Quality of teachers is excellent but you almost cannot participate in class because there is not enough time and lots of students
Phonetics teacher is excellent

The pedagogy is very effective, the teachers are professionals, and the administrator is efficient. I arrived in Paris without speaking any french and after 3 months everyone who hears me speaking in french, they said I speak well with good grammar and prononciation. Special thanks to Mdm Moreau (grammar teacher) and Mdm Abraham (phonetic teacher)

La pédagogie est très bonne, les professeurs sont professionnels, et l’administrateur est efficace.
Je suis arrivée à Paris ne parlant pas français et après 3 mois, tous ceux qui écoutent mon français diront que je parle bien.

The gramma course is much more difficult for beginners.
But the professor is pretty good.

I didn’t get a confirmation on my registration beside 3 emails asking for opinion poll. Don’t know what is going on although money has been paid through my account and the course is suppose to be in June.

Excellent experience and brilliant professors and support team.

I received prompt and effective assistance

Thank you for responding to my email. I look forward to starting the course tomorrow.

Reason why I chose Sorbon is for the prestige this university has worldwide. I feel proud of being able to start my french course with such an important educational place. Looking forward to it

I am very happy to take the course @CCFS last year and it has been the most amazing experience I had during my stay in Paris. All the teachers are very professional and enthusiastic. Because of them, i got to know/love France better which is very grateful.

I am writing in English to make sure I give my review properly. Please translate as you wish:

The professors are excellent and the lessons are structured very well. In spite of a large number of students in the class, the professors give us time to speak. They do not waste time yet they are able to gauge which of the students need more time and whether the lessons for the day are really understood by the students. The balance of rigor and humor is just right!

Really high quality education with excellent teachers. My french level really advanced when I started study here.

I wish the students were given more chance to speak in the classes. It is always the teachers speaking and explaining and very little chance for students to practice conversation. Other than that, good school to learn french!:)

I like the class. Looking forward for more classes and interactive sessions.

1. Mistakes about my information on the inscription certificate were made, which caused some delays.
2. Didn't reply in time to the enquiry from Étude en France about my visa application.
Apart from the problems above, other things were perfect.
