I am sorry to hear that you have still not received your parcel as it is stuck in the UPS warehouse. Our sincere apologies for this! I have already sent you a personal email about this.
Unfortunately, there are huge delays due to a staff shortage at UPS and certainly also because of Brexit. This also has everything to do with the many parcels that are sent from EU countries to a non-EU country, for which many actions have to be performed by customs officers and warehouse workers, such as customs clearance and checks of the contents of the parcels.
Not only UPS has to deal with this, we have consulted all kinds of carriers and these are either often much more expensive in shipping costs, making it uninteresting to ship to the UK, or the customer has to pay high extra costs on delivery.
We do everything we can to ensure that deliveries to the UK go as smoothly as possible, but we regret that it can sometimes take a little longer than we would like.
Unfortunately, this is also beyond our control so it is painful to be judged by a 1-star review. Hopefully we can give you the experience you deserve soon.

Please be mindful that UK Border Force open the packaging. Closing a cardboard box in a proper manner and burying a glass bottle deep inside the protective foam packaging is too much trouble for them.
I am thinking of easy-seal Amazon style envelopes incorporating protective wrap.
