Smooth transition, lower bills and much better service.
We changed to Cathedral Hygiene 18 months ago from our previous service provider who we had been with for years and what a difference. The changeover was seamless, sanitary collections are now on time, completed by the same service lady who is friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with the information on our Waste Transfer Note, Lauren our Area Service Manager got it resolved the same day. The support from her has been great, always prompt with her responses and checks in every so often that everything is fine. After switching, I can confidently recommend changing over to Cathedral.

As our building has increased in weekly footfall, and especially with the use of the nappy bins, Georgina from Cathedral Hygiene listened to our needs and was able to advise us to a service which met our needs perfectly. We recommend Cathedral hygiene highly.

Exceptional service especially from Mike Holliday. We were shopping around to find a more affordable deal and Mike handled my calls/emails with professionalism and ensured our contract was amended to help align our billings with other providers. As well as this, anytime I call, he is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. As a result, our director has moved to Cathedral for his other businesses.

Nic our technician is very professional and polite, always follow out site rules for handing in sparking devices and wearing appropriate PPE.
Clare our sales Manager aways responds to queries very quickly and acts upon any changes or concerns we may have.
During COVID Clare was very quick to arrange a large number of hand sanitizer's to be installed around site

Sophie our account manager has been great. We had a smooth and successful changeover about a year ago. Our bins are emptied as requested and we have had no issues. As a business operating with private facilities blocks for our visitors we are extremely pleased with the service offered by Cathedral Hygiene and we could recommend their services. On another note I never see the people that empty the bins, so they time their visits accordingly.

From our first meeting through to delivery and aftercare, Lyndsey Coleman has provided outstanding service.

Having recently started using Cathedral Hygiene we have nothing but praise for their products and service. From initial contact by Ryan Tooth who professionally and efficiently set up our account to the operational services provided by Judith, which are timely and efficient, we could not be happier.
