Outstanding customer service
I booked a holiday with Gillian in Dundrum and couldn't have found her more helpful and obliging. I wasn't rushed in any way to make a decision on dates etc. The reason that I booked with Cassidy Travel is because of my previous experience with Louise. I booked a holiday to Spain with Louise in May this year and again, nothing was a problem and she left no stones unturned. So I am a very happy customer. Excellent customer service pays off!

Change of match day
We waited weeks for confirmation of kick off time before booking. It then arrived 3 o'clock kick off on a Sat. We booked 4 days after this and very next day the match is moved to the Sunday and cost be another €300 to re arrange things.
You should not sell tickets or release a kick off time until fully confirmed. Small print covers you but leaves a negative impression of you, also booked hotel directly with them for extra night at a much cheaper rate then you charged. Will look elsewhere going forward now
