The plants arrived well packaged and in excellent condition and fit in well with my growing indoor garden.

Excellent customer service, order delivered quickly, all the plants were wrapped well in recycle friendly packaging and no damaged plants. Will definitely order again, the only thing I would’ve liked is just a few instructions on how to care for the plants ordered only because I’m a novice.

As a houseplant enthusiast I have purchased from a large number of online shops as you can often only get "common" houseplants from garden centres (not that I don't love common varieties, they're usually "common" as they're fantastic, hardy, easy care and easy propogate additions to your home), however when looking for other varieties to add to a collection, specialist plant shops are your best bet.
I always look for recommendations and read reviews to reduce the risk of certain pitfalls when purchasing the delivery of what are living specimens that are sensitive to light, temperature, handling etc.
I purchased 3 plants of varying species and sizes:
1. All were securely, but gently packed for delivery and sent quickly using a reputable courier, so there were no delays in transport (which is important with tropical plants).
2. All were good sizes for their prices and in very good condition (don't be concerned if you have a yellowing leaf or 2 at the bottom, especially at this time of year as the plant is just getting rid of some old leaves.
3. When received, I checked the soil moisture and none of them were "wet." Two of them were on the drier side and the 3rd was very moist. This was also good as you don't want the plants to be too damp when shipping in the winter as the uncontrolled temperatures on their journey can be catastrophic if exacerbated by the soil being too wet.
I've had the plants for less than a week and they seem to be acclimatising well, with no signs yet of any underlying issues. (If that does happen when you receive a plant that appears healthy, it is usually not because of the seller as they have sent a healthy looking plant in good faith. So contact them and be polite and as informative as you can regarding the problem you are experiencing and the conditions you have the plant in).
When you 1st receive a new plant DO NOT repot it or fertilise it for a few weeks and try not to even water it for a couple of days if you can get away with it while it gets over the stress over of shipping and moving from the ideal conditions i.e. Lighting, temperature and humidity to your home
