Site is total scamm took my money and wouldn't allow game coupon on and the customer service was no help told me what game I bought coupon for but offered no help to make work . I received an email from casino extreme saying “75 spins on the house” “on us” so I clicked to claim it and entered the code given in email and it wouldn’t let me redeem it and referred me to support. I tell support and include a screenshot of the email and ask for help. His response: “there’s nothing that can be processed at this time” lol I told him that was hardly an answer and he didn’t respond again. I just left the chat. Won't honor promos for made-up reasons
They send me promotions that don't work, and when asked to honor them, they give a different b.s. reason each time. First, it was 'expired.' I told them I had like 10 of the same promo email, most recently from days ago.
Then, it was 'too high bonus to cash ratio.' lol........

So I signed up got a small welcome bonus with a max cashout of 50 no problem I played and hit not big but I reached my limit so I verified everything and made a initial verification deposit they required which they said could be immediately withdrawn (I am in contact with them throughout this process, emailing between each step and doing exactly what they say to do.) So my deposit reads pending for about 20 minutes so I email again like hey its confirmed what's the holdup they then responded telling me that pending deposits cannot be added to your balance until it is below 1.00. I haven’t heard nothing but a good experience with extreme I would say I am a very low spending player but I still feel like I get to play often with the free rewards. I requested that my account be closed because I no longer had access to the email associated with it. After completing identity verification, my closure request was still not processed.
The casino then issued promotional credits to my account. I used those credits on a game prominently featured on the site and later won approximately $500. When I attempted to withdraw, the withdrawal was denied because the casino claimed the game was not eligible for the promotion.
My concern is that the game was actively presented to players and available to wager on with promotional credits, yet winnings were later denied based on restrictions that were not clearly disclosed at the point of play.
