They are liars and they cheat honest customers out of bonuses they have earned.
This casino offers free spins every Sunday based on your deposits during the week. It has NOTHING to do with whether you win or lose. Just your deposit activity. Well, I did win. And as a result, they took the spins I EARNED away. Do not trust them. Yes, they do pay when you win but the are disgusting. They offer you promos you don't qualify for but don't tell you that until you have given them your money. They are so dishonest. Stay away. They will lie to your face then thank you for you patience and understanding. YUCK! My player is ErikaNie3 if you actually care to check on this.

Cashout is actually instant like they say
Slots are a little tight, however verification is easy, free chips are awesome, and cashout is actually instant. Love this casino, been my favorite so far.

Maybe I expect to much
Maybe I expect to much, but I don't think that's it. I knew I would have to verify my account in order to withdraw my winnings. And when a company touts the speed that they process redemptions, why did it take over a week to verify my account just so I could withdraw my winnings. Then, again, what is with these companies, they are not proactive at all, I don't think they understand the word, because why can't they tell you that you won't be able to process a redemption right away and tell them why?
That is so much nicer and easier of a pill to swallow if you knew this was coming, yet again, they don't and with that kind of narrow minded thinking when it comes to customer 'service', I for one wonder what am I doing here, these people think so little of their customers they have a 'take a number' attitude I honestly question why I go their. What a way to run a business.

Hello,
Hope that you are well.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are truly sorry to hear that your verification experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your account to be verified, especially when you are eager to receive your withdrawal.
Please note that, before creating an account, all players are required to review and accept our Terms and Conditions. These Terms explain that account verification is a mandatory part of the withdrawal process and that all withdrawal requests are subject to a successful verification review. These security procedures are in place to protect both our players and the integrity of our platform.
While we always strive to complete account verifications as quickly as possible, processing times may vary depending on the documentation submitted and the volume of verification requests being handled. We understand that waiting can be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize if the process took longer than expected in your case.
We also appreciate your comments regarding communication throughout the verification process. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the appropriate team, as we are always looking for ways to improve the experience we provide to our players.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We truly value your feedback and hope to provide you with a smoother experience going forward.

Maverick Wright

These guys paid out my bonus. I won 50$ with their welcome promo. I just had to go through a couple of steps to verify and presto 50$ in my account. The games are Uber fun and the RTP very attractive. And they have lightening fast withdrawals. Thank you Casino Extreme I 💕 you 😁.

Hello,
Hope that you are well.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel when additional verification steps are required after you've already started playing.
While we aim to make the process as smooth as possible, some verification requests are only triggered at certain stages, such as when a withdrawal is requested or when additional security checks are needed.
These measures help protect both our players and the integrity of our platform.
Once again we sincerely apologize, and we thank you for your understanding and patience.
Kind Regards,
Maverick Wright
Once you know the rules its pretty…
Once you know the rules its pretty straightforward. I Deposited $40 with a bonus of %100. Wanted to cash out at $450 So they could take my $40 Bonus away and still have about $400. Went thru all the id verifications which went pretty smooth and quick...like 10 min. But it took a while longer to verify my crypto address because the link didnt go anywhere. After a few hours of trying to make that go through the great customer service people gave me an email address to send to ...and about 10 min later got my $400...withdrawing the next time will be much easier since I know what im doing...you get your money here and quickly...highly recommend extreeme...customer service is great also

Horrible
Horrible! Stay away from Extreme Casino. After I won, they stated my winnings were voided because I played progressive games, live dealer, or 777 games. I didn't play neither of those games, it does not allow you to play them in my area. I demanded my refund back, and can’t get that back because it is under $50. I don’t want to play on this scamming website. When casinos offer all these huge bonuses, don’t fall for it. It is a scam. What is so stupid, is that the games that are progressive, has it written on the game. So I don’t play them, it is easy to distinguish them. Now, they can say progressive when it is not listed. What a ripoff! I sent my phone number.
