My account. Was hacked. By another loan store. And it was a scam after I got my loan
From cash store. They. Called. 3 times. I. Explained to them. What happened when I went I got back on my feet I went to the store to make a payment. And They. Blocked me from getting any more
Loan from them I would not recommend that place to any body

This store just launched a website and promoted it as an alternative to driving in the snow and ice. I went to the website and followed the prompts to refinance my loan. They directly told me that because of an error in their site the payment was taken out of my account anyways and my account overdrafted. They admit openly that their website is only 2 weeks old and they know nothing about it and they openly admitted to finding the documents that I signed, stating that they were complete the first time and unfinished the second time. Making sure that I was not sent a copy first. I took out a loan because I was a single mom who had to. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Pedro at cash store in Bellaire, Texas, great customer service, and his courtesy calls explaining the details regarding any questions I had was superb. They got me what I needed to take care of some unpaid bills, and I have been satisfied for 2 yrs with their loan services.

This place is a rip off. Do not apply for loans here. Payday loans suck, this place sucks harder!! I took out a 250 dollar loan and ended up paying 1000 dollars back . Look elsewhere, trust me YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

This experience started off great, easy process and got approved for exactly what I needed for a unexpected car repair.

I got a call a day prior to my payment due date and let them know I would pay off the balance tomorrow. Awesome…” we will give you a call tomorrow at 10 am”

I received no call so around 2pm-5 I called multiple times to try and make my payment IN FULL. No answer…
Called the next day I got an answer… but this time was told I would get a call back because they were busy,.. no big deal. 5 hours go by I make another call get told I’d get a call back…so again I wait a few hours and nothing so I call again finally get someone and make my payment only to find out the minimum payment had also been taken out a few hours prior .. so with that I ended up paying an extra 90 dollars in interest because they could answer the phone or call back… I called customer service after getting the run around they finally said “there’s nothing we could do, the call logs showed they called you”

I would not recommend this company to my most hated enemy .. I get it’s only 90 dollars but it’s the principal of the situation why not say hey we messed up let us fix it.

When I first signed up for the loan they made me give them a person to contact in case they couldn’t get in contact with me . I didn’t want to do it but I didn’t have no choice. They swore too me that they wouldn’t call that person . They were blowing my phone up all day long while I was work the day before my payment was due. Due to the fact I was at work and couldn’t answer my cellular device, they decided to reach out to that person I gave them. This upset me because they promised they wouldn’t call them. They were putting people in my business who I didn’t want in my business. The killer part is when I finally paid my loan off they charged me an extra automatic payment of 91.05. I called to confront them about it and I was pretty sure I could get my money back. They admitted that they made a mistake but refused to give me my money back that they stole from me . They don’t know what I needed that money for and they just stripped from my account after I paid my loan off. These people are disgusting, they should be humiliated and shut down their whole operation. The APR rates are RIDICULOUS!!!!! Do not use these people at all . CASH STORE IS A DIASTER .

I was told on hiring from Del I did not have to travel because my hubby was very ill and I could not be out of town. After 14 months Del had issues with me and I got fired because I would not travel. One week later my sweetheart passed at home.

Horrible place, Worst experience of my life. $150.00 late fee? I am definitely filing a complaint and retaining counsel. Will also start calling you nonstop before your payment is even due. Disgusting.

Not good I have been paying on loan and now they tell me I havent although my bank accounts show I have they are now telling me 3 if the payments have been reversed but not credited back to my bank account no answer as to why and telling me I know owe for 3 payments plus the interest I havent got a answer as to what happened .stay clear of this company. Also di not use your cash store link to pay your loan something funny is going on with this company it should of bern taking care of and I have heard nothing.

In my opinion the cash store in Roswell nm is very discriminative they seem to treat people different because of there appearance. They had me go get different stuff and after the 10th trip I gave up. Sad part is that I didn't look for the cash store they offered me and still treated me like crap. So I don't get it.

I went to the Gainesville store, & there was a large white “lady” who, I assume, was supposed to be the boss. She was very rude to not only the customers, but the worker. I could have sworn I overheard her use a racial slur, too. She has a very foul mouth & unprofessional.

They are horrible people got sick in hospital, they got their money but still put my loan in default. They are rude and insensitive to anyone but themselves. Never again. They suck, and dont care that they suck

I applied on the internet, I was approved over the phone. Just bring these documents and as long as you have those you will get a loan. 3 trips later I find out that Im not even eligible because Im a contractor and pay my own taxes. Did not see any of these things or I would not have wasted 3 trips to get nothing.

Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be talked like you are nothing, Some stupid low life from collections told my senior family member if she didn’t have money to pay them that she may want to start picking up cans in order to pay. Wait. What? FU!

This store as far as Balch Springs & Seagoville goes the people who work there should be thrown out ! They think & act as if they are better than you & don't dare go in if its like 30 min to closing time ,God knows that they don't actually want to do their jobs,they try & make you jump through hoops & even when you are pre approved DONT BELIEVE IT, ITS A BIG FAT JOKE! EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTS AND EVERYTHING THEY NEED THEY STILL WANT TO ACT AS IF THEY ARE ABOVE YOU & YOU ARE WAY BENETH THEM!! WHOM EVER OWNS THIS CHAIN NEEDS TO DO A DEEP HOUSECLEANING & GET RID OF 95% OF THE IN STORE WORKERS! DONT GO THERE IT A BIG WAIST OF YOUR TIME!

My experience with cash store is not a great one. During this covid 19 my d.l. a has expired on the month the world got shut down. During this outbreak and unsure times of not knowing if you will live or die and the bills that pile up! And no relief of any sort. The cash store will not accept an id that is expired. Now I understand if the whole planet wasn't going through a pandemic and you can just walk in and get your id renewed but you can't and bills are high with no sight of being done. What else is there if you can't get a loan to feed families or your own which ever. Thanks cash store for nothing it's on your head's when we die or commit suicide because an Id expectation that we can't help
