Extremely disappointed with the service .they charged 3000 rs to fix my phone and didn’t do anything. And said they will refund amount but despite several reminders didn’t refund anything but they keep on saying your money is safe with them and you wait for months and they will never give. BEWARE OF THOSE THUGS at Cashify branch Jaipur in particular. I thinks other branches are same.Never give any money till you are satisfied if they have done anything and forget any warranty as they will not entertain you once you step out of shop.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 and was promised dispatch within 24–48 hours, but even after that period the order remained stuck in "Processing." Customer support repeatedly promised updates and callbacks that never happened.

When I requested cancellation, I was told I would receive a verification call. The call came once, disconnected immediately before I could answer, and there was no follow-up. Despite multiple calls from my side, I was repeatedly asked to wait another day for a callback just to confirm a simple cancellation.

My money was unnecessarily blocked, my time was wasted, and communication from Cashify was extremely poor throughout the process. Customers should not have to chase support for days to cancel an order and get their refund started. Very frustrating experience.

Tried buying a sony alpha mark 3 mirrorless camera which was at a good price but the whole process of cashify was terrible.
1. The payment problem took me 3 days to get through as I tried paying and the payment was not going through, for that I went to the stores to get help and they were more lost than me.
2. After the payment worked randomly after me trying after 3 days the product they sent was the sony alpha mark 2 which is the OLDER MODEL.
3.Terrible customer care where the calls never go through and the same replies of 48hr wait and you will get a response for something so simple.
4. I had a clear unboxing video and all the proper work for replacement and then they take 5 more days to just tell me they need more details , details I already have shared with them.
5. After the pickup for replacement happened after 2 days I get a call saying they don't have the replacement product they only have the mark 2 which I feel they were just trying to scam people out by giving the older model for the mark 3 price.
6. I have asked for a refund now and let's see how long this takes I definitely hate this company.

Complete fraudsters had told will return items if I don't like but customer care stops responding I think indian government should step in to stop this open loot

NEVER BUY FROM THEM.. 100% FRAUDS
They change the main components of the iPhone with Chinese and then sell it to customers. Later they don't accept any responsibility as it is refurbished iPhone and as per their policy they don't take responsibility of refurbished items.

The service is very bad. I had booked a Hi Phone 14 on 7th June. Delivery is in 1 week but it came on 17th June. How can it last for so many days? I need the phone very badly.

I am following up since last 4 days but your executive is saying that delivery will happen on 13th but it has not happened yet. And today they are saying that delivery will not be possible. My trip got cancelled because of them. I want delivery today itself otherwise need compensation. I'm really frustrated.

I strongly advise against buying or selling on Cashify. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They do not honor their quoted prices and their customer support is completely unresponsive. I felt misled throughout the entire process. Save yourself the trouble and use a more trustworthy platform.

Not happy, what shown on the website, they pay less by 70%.

Cashify is worst in repairing.. Don’t trust their Cashify verified product, its fake.. better go to local shop and get it repaired will low cost and better product.. They will just put local products in your device and will not come for any service

This company is totally fruad never trust this company and its agent...i sell my mobile on cashify....my phone body is 100% ok than also the agent write so many negative comments on my phone to decrease the value of my mobile...never trust this company...this company first give best resell of your phone and than agent come to take phone then the agent fill wrong information on your phone device and he try to your phone value become very less.....for ex. Your device value is 35,000 on when u sell on website and then the agent come to your address and he fill wrong information of your phone on its website then he said your device value is 20 ya 22 thousand...they give u 40 to 50% less amount...its a fully scam be awair...never trust this application

My order is poco m6 pro 5g. It's time to deliver, it gets canceled automatically.After being canceled.The money is not returned.
The message comes that the money has been given by speaking, but the money does not come in the Account. Full of Fake😡😡😡

I am extremely disappointed with the valuation process and customer experience provided by your company.

At the time of the online evaluation, your platform displayed a value of ₹24,000 for my phone. Later, this amount was reduced to ₹23,000. When your pickup executive visited and inspected the device, I was informed that the final payout would be only ₹20,731.

Due to this significant reduction of more than ₹3,300 from the originally quoted amount, I decided not to proceed with the sale. Such a large difference between the online valuation and the final offer makes the pricing process appear misleading and raises concerns about the transparency of your evaluation system.

Furthermore, the condition assessment conducted by the executive was inaccurate. My phone's screen is completely scratch-free, yet scratches were marked during the inspection. The executive also reported dents on the device, which is incorrect. At most, there may be one or two very minor marks on the corners from normal usage, but these cannot reasonably be classified as dents. It appeared that the condition of the device was deliberately downgraded to justify a lower valuation.

In addition, after I cancelled the pickup request, I received a call from one of your executives. Unfortunately, her behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. Customer support representatives are expected to communicate respectfully and maintain a professional tone while dealing with customers.

Considering the inaccurate device assessment, the substantial reduction in valuation, and the poor customer service experience, I rejected the offer and chose not to proceed with the sale. I request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure fair evaluations and professional customer interactions in the future.

I used a cashify store repair for my iphone, it was not charging beyond 1% . It was booting up and everything was fine except not charging beyond 1%. After repair attempt they called me and told me it's not repairable, so i asked them to return me in same condition. They said it won't boot up now.

Basically they degraded my phone to the point i lost all my data access as it won't boot up. They damaged my phone further. Cashify is a scam. Never buying again and i will always warn people about it my whole life.

I also had very bad experience with Cashify Thippasandra, I have given my for battery’s replacement but at the time of delivery I have switched on my iPhone and saw I noticed that my iPhone display got damaged. Very poor service and nobody responds properly to customers. Please don’t to Thippasandra Cashify store this is my strong advice to all the customer.

Please dont sell your phone on cashify! because these people give you the best price and negotiates the worst price at the doorstep and mentions all fake price details about your phone saying either its damaged or defective part in the order. scammers to the core! worst service worst pricing worst pickup service worst post service satisfaction!

Pathetic warranty service. Bought a MacBook Pro M1 in November 2025 for ₹53,374 with 180 day warranty. Battery completely failed within warranty period — laptop shuts off the moment charger is unplugged. When I raised a warranty claim, they sent the device back unrepaired citing a minor cosmetic scratch on a device they themselves sold as "Refurbished Fair" grade. A cosmetic scratch has nothing to do with battery failure. They refused to provide any diagnosis report and closed my ticket without resolution. Filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline but Cashify still refused to help. Complete waste of money. Avoid buying refurbished laptops from Cashify — their warranty is just a marketing gimmick

My name is Abhijeet Kushwaha, and my phone number is 9999873585. Around 3 months ago, I got the batteries of my iPhone 12 and iPhone 14 Pro replaced through Cashify. Within just 1 month, both batteries became completely dead.

I raised a complaint, and an engineer named Roshan visited my place. After diagnosing the phones, he confirmed that both batteries were faulty. Two days later, he came with replacement batteries, but they looked used. When I questioned him, he said, “Sir, these are Cashify certified batteries.” I immediately called Cashify customer support, and they also confirmed that the batteries were “Cashify certified.”

Unfortunately, those replacement batteries worked for only 2 weeks and then completely stopped charging. When I raised another complaint, I was informed that 3 months had already passed and the batteries were now out of warranty, so nothing could be done.

If the batteries had been genuine and in proper working condition, they would not have required replacement twice within just 3 months. I request all viewers to carefully verify products and always choose genuine parts instead of old or questionable refurbished components.
