Very disappointing experience.

Bought a laptop from Cashify and faced a quality issue. Already gone through 2 replacements, with nearly 20 days wasted waiting. Repeated follow-ups, poor after-sales support, and still no satisfactory resolution.

Cashify should focus less on marketing and more on quality control, proper inspection and customer service. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Worst experience ever.

I got my Samsung A33 screen replaced here for ₹6000, but it didn’t even last one month. When I raised a complaint, their team didn’t even properly check the phone and immediately blamed it on “water damage” — even though the phone has never been exposed to water.

The service is extremely poor. They only care about taking money and not about fixing the actual issue. The staff is unprofessional and gives false excuses.

Honestly, this company is not trustworthy at all. Please think twice before using their service.

Very bad experience in Cashify. Only getting feedback from customer but mobile fault's not resolve by cashify team and The technician appointed by them neither answers the phone nor replies.

Bhai fraud hai yeh company sabse jhatu inki service center aur yah Puri company he fraud product bechate Hain .3se 4 mahine phone chalenge aur kharab ho jaate Hain aapke warranty bhi claim nahin karenge kuchh Na kuchh kamiyan Nikal ke.jhatu phone bechte hai .

They charge so much for the price of the phone, it is absolutely garbage when my phone is perfect, neither broken nor damaged in any way, everything being original, I had to cancel it because of charging such a low price. these people These people and their app are nonsense, buying at the price of garbage and selling at the price of gold.

They display rate differently in app to customer. When their agent comes, he checks internal software, and the system reduces rate significantly even though Visual conditions are ok.
This happens with all customers and all electronic devices. Cashify never give the money displayed initially. That display is justvto attract people to sell the devices.

Initially they have quoted around 8k but even if I have declared everything honestly I had to leave my phone at 3k

They will tell to order your phone in cash on delivery.But you have to pay 250 to 350 amount advance,if you cancel the order you can't get refund of your advance amount.

I was initially quoted ₹7,611, but during pickup the price was reduced to ₹7,000. The executive deducted around ₹500 citing a green line on the side of the display. I have been using the phone without any issue, and I felt the deduction was excessive and not properly justified. The evaluation process did not feel transparent, and I regret choosing this service when local shops were offering a better price.

Worst company when it comes to sell. Okay when you have to buy from them but also devices are overpriced. They were offering me 500rs for my nikon d5600 with 55mm kit lens and 70-300mm vr telephoto lens. But they sell d5600 for 37-40,000 just with the kit lens and 10,000+ for the telephoto lens. Bought iphone 14 128gb and when wanted to sell back for upgrade in a year maybe, resale value was shit.

Very unreliable service. Their customer support is extremely unresponsive and the entire experience has been frustrating.

When you call their IVR and select repair or warranty options, the call often gets disconnected. A callback may come later, but there is no indication of when. Emails are not answered, and their WhatsApp number is mostly bot-operated. Whenever it says “connecting to an agent,” the chat eventually gets dropped.

I ordered an iPhone 8 screen replacement. After the screen was replaced, it stopped working the very same day. I contacted the engineer who performed the repair, but he asked me to contact customer care instead. Since then, I have spent almost a week repeatedly following up through callbacks and emails.

Every time I manage to speak with someone, I am promised that the issue will be resolved “the next day,” but no one shows up. This has happened multiple times. I have been kept waiting with repeated assurances but no actual action.

Based on my experience, the service is highly unreliable and the after-sales support is very poor. If you choose Cashify, be prepared to spend a lot of time chasing customer support for even basic warranty or repair issues.

I ordered 13 pro and delivery date gone but order is not delivered and the refund process also late and customer service side no response to the queries, very worst I ever had.🤬🤬🤬

They are bunch of scammers, if you repare something and if started trouble during warranty period then they will tell that it's another issue they will do fraud and don't want to give replacement under warranty. This company will shutdown soon

After you i got Cashkr and really had nice price for my iphone 14. Do better than your competitor Man

Do not sell on cashify. When i calculated the device amount online they quoted 35k for my 14pro, but physically they gave me only 20k quoting that the phone was not bought from India. This was clearly mentioned in the device report when submitting online. I feel scammed now and can do nothing about it.

I visited my nearest Cashify store because my phone’s battery was having issues, and it was still under warranty. The staff repaired my phone, but I was disappointed with the service.
Since the battery was under warranty, I expected the entire battery to be replaced. However, instead of replacing the complete battery, they only changed the battery cell. If a battery is covered under warranty, it should be replaced with a new one rather than being partially repaired.
I hope Cashify improves its warranty service and ensures proper battery replacements for customers in the future.

These guys sell smart phones and laptops purchased from middle east and sell it here.
I have purchased a mac air laptop and a s24 ultra the laptop battery and charger were spoiled in less than two months. And the phone is from Saudi. Never buy anything from here

Worst service i had already checked the price for display replacement they said around 1500 and I preferred cashify product so I went to their service center and asked for display replacement they said 1999 I accepted as if I thought it would be good by a trusted company's service but they said to wait for 2 hours after that they said it can't be done as if I needed the phone that day it self for some college work they tried to fix but gave back my phone in a worst condition it wasn't turning on and the staff was also slightly rude and this was one of my worst experience in my life I went to my home disappointed
Don't go to these worst centers before knowing about them
