Merchant cancels order but does not refund payment
I placed an order and made the payment by bank transfer as requested. Three hours later I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and my payment refunded. After 12 days I have still not received a refund. My emails requesting a refund have gone unanswered. I requested acknowledgement of my emails but have not received any acknowledgement.
All orders I subsequently made, but that I didn't make any payments for, have also been cancelled by the merchant in the same way.
