Arrow Perfume scammed our company. We transferred €5300 for an order they promised to fulfill. After receiving the payment, they completely cut off communication — no products were delivered, and they stopped replying to all our emails and WhatsApp messages. We have full documentation: the invoice, payment confirmation, and all communication history. This is clear fraud. We have already reported the case to the Dutch police and relevant European fraud investigation authorities. Avoid this company at all costs — they are not to be trusted!
