The case is fantastic, everyone loves it! Me included.
Initially my phone case didn’t arrive (delivered elsewhere) I emailed them and had a really quick response from Andy who was helpful and resent the case!! Will definitely be using again!!

Really great and good quality!
The phone case is great! I ordered the tough phone case and it arrived, the design was perfect and exactly the same as on the photos, and the case fits my phone perfectly. The shipping was great too and it arrived in great time. Overall I love the phone case and the design is super cute, it fits my phone perfectly and protects it really well!

In an ocean of mediocre options to protect my iPhone, at last a company that provides a decent quality solution and such a choice of styles!
Prompt delivery, the case looks even better than the imagery online!
Being able to speak to a human and support a local business as apposed to more pennies to Jeff Pesos, faith in humanity restored.

When case did arrive looked nothing like the images online do not buy the best seller looked nothing like what I had ordered!!
Wong case sent out! When right one arrived looked nothing like the one on the images online absolutely terrible was told to keep the wrong case when asked for refund they said oh you need to send both cases back would never recommend or buy again very unprofessional!!

We offered to let you keep the first case we sent in error, while we sent you the correct case, as a goodwill gesture, along with a generous discount on any future orders. Your comments about the case you ordered were that it did not look like the website image and was not "pearly". Our website clearly describes that our cases are printed. This is also one of our bestselling designs and we have received no other complaints about it to date. It is our policy to accept all returns within 30 days if you are not happy with your purchase. You were offered this option but instead demanded to keep both cases and still receive a refund. I'm sorry but that is not our policy. You can still return the cases for a full refund. Kind Regards.
