Lower quality than expected slow shipping pay to return

Casebus sells no name Chinese products that are over priced compared to the model match product I found on Amazon for $18 less. Additionally if you are nt stisfied with the Casebus product you will pay shipping to return to Casebus. In addition the shipping is excruciatingly sloooow. It oredered the model match item from Amazon 8 days after I had ordered from Casebus and Amazon delivered 2 days before Casebus.

TERRIBLE, do not buy

Bought a waterproof phone case for S24 ultra. Took two weeks for them to ship it, then took two more weeks to get here. Got it, and the screen cover had a sticker on the inside, we almost couldn't get off. Got it, but left a permanent circle on the inside. After TWO DAYS of use, the o-ring for the s-pen cover fell off, making it now not waterproof. Then the next day, it doesn't even stay closed anymore and flops around.

I had also asked a question about the case before purchase, which still hasn't been answered - but they did sign me up for all their promo newsletters (which I did not sign up for and somehow can't unsubscribe from).

DO NOT BUY from this company, it's a joke.

The phone case also messed with the cell reception. where we used to get great service, we didn't get service anymore. So not only does the case suck, but it makes your phone suck too.

Fraudulent, inferior products with fake reviews on site.

I recently bought the Titan case for the s23 Ultra. The case is poor fitting, the volume and power buttons have very little reactivity and the fingerprint touch screen is not responive even on the highest sensitivity settings. I asked concerning a refund on this inferior product and they offered me $5 of the $50 I spent to purchase this product. In all fairness, the true value of this case is, at best, $5 but only if you need so thing to hold down a stack of papers. Additionally, the reviews on site are fraudulent: seeing as my confirmed purchase does not allow me to leave a review. AVOID CASEBUS AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Do not buy from this site I spent £40 on a full body phone case and when it come I could only get 4 out of the 6 screws in as 2 of the others screws they didn't align no matter what I did it comes with a tiny alen key that is not fit for purpose it's just a complete waste of money . Please beware! Happy to send photos of the case if anyone wants to see

Terrible and cheap product

Terrible and cheap product! Took forever to even ship. Its basically a plastic case you can get at the local flea market for 5 bucks. They advertise leather.. what a joke! I spent $50 on this case and two screen protectors. And the protectors did not work with the finger print. The magnet is not strong at all. DONT NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They offer a 10% refund but you have to ship the product back.

Avoid this company from china

I was dumb enough to assume this is a British company as there is a Union Jack on their homepage, shame on me, but as many others have written it is Chinese and it takes forever for your product to reach you and returns are effectively impossible. Will never use again and rue the day I stumbled across them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

*EDIT* following threat of action they have refunded my purchase.

During discussion about the details of a phone case, I was promised a free trial, and free return if the case wasn't suitable. I have this in writing.

Unfortunately the case wasn't suitable (it was also the same case as sold on amazon for half the price). I contacted customer service, who are now saying I have to pay return postage to China.

Of course I am now taking action against them, as a promise re free returns before purchase forms part of the contract of purchase.

AVOID!!! Very disappointed – faulty product and terrible customer service

I ordered a necklace-style phone case from Casebus.co.uk, and it turned out to be completely unfit for purpose. The clip does not hold securely, the phone detaches when worn around the neck, and I’ve dropped it multiple times — resulting in a scratch on my phone.

They replaced the first one, but the second had the exact same fault. I contacted their customer service multiple times asking for a refund and explained that the product is faulty and unsafe. While they eventually agreed to refund me, they demanded that I pay return shipping to China, which is unacceptable for a faulty item under UK consumer law.

I explained this clearly and politely, but they started ignoring my emails entirely. I also tried to raise the issue through PayPal and my bank, but due to time limits and Casebus’s stalling tactics, I’ve been left with a damaged phone and no refund.

Extremely disappointed — this company ignores UK consumer rights and has no proper customer support once there’s a real issue. I would not recommend them, and I advise others to be very cautious before buying.

Product shipping and tracking is a slow slow joke

Ten days after ordering, I still haven't received confirmation of when my package will arrive. After emailing and visiting a second tracking site, I've finally found out that it arrived at an airport in China four days after the label was created. Wished I had checked their rating before ordering. :-(

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Casebus sells fake leather cases as "Premium leather" and appears to be an American company on their website, but it's actually a Chinese company unsing deceptive advertising to sell cheap, garbage products. They also don't ship within the timelines they promise on their site, and then they stonewall consumers on returns, claiming accepting returns would cost them too much money and offering a $5 refund on a $34.99 phone case. Casebus is intentionally scamming American consumers, and they know it would cost us time, headaches, and money to send back their garbage products.

I wish I had purchased using PAYPAL, because I could have reported this bogus company that knowingly sells, cheap, fake leather products as "premium leather" and gotten a full refund.

If zero stars were an option…

If zero stars were an option, that would be more accurate. I ordered an iPad case and when it arrived it clearly did not match the functionality or quality pictured on the site. The only way to receive a refund is to pay for shipping back to China which obviously would negate getting the original purchase price back. They also offered a $5 “refund” while the original purchase was $45. There is no way to leave a review on their site despite it showing several reviews on each product… which are now obviously fake. Avoid this company.
