I was really worried AFTER placing my order then reading the reviews but from my experience the product and service exceptional. CASEBUS sent an email straightaway to check I had ordered the correct model case which I appreciated, they supplied effective tracking. Because of the bad reviews, I sent customer service an email asking expected delivery date and got an immediate polite response to my email. It took less than a week from ordering to delivery and CASEBUS/Royal Mail kept me updated me with the tracker. I ordered a TITAN case for my iPhone 12 - I'd been looking for the same colour/design I had a few years back as the last one I had (for a different phone) was brilliant! So impressed, it’s solid, robust and well worth the money - exactly as described. It arrived really well packaged and now my iPhone is in the case, it fits and works perfectly, no issues at all. The package contained keys and spare screws. I have to say, I am really happy with the service and the product. It took less than a week from ordering as opposed to 2/3 days - but it is coming from China! I'd order from them again. Really impressed.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

The case is a low quality and if you want to return it you have to send it to China which will probably cost more than the case is worth

I purchased a cover for iPhone 14. Shortly afterwards I read the reviews on here and felt concerned. Package arrived within a week but case doesn’t close over phone. Totally useless product. Would not use Casebus again and would have avoided if I had read the Trust Pilot reviews.

Ordered a phone case which when I put on the phone, rendered the phone inoperable. Returns process is a joke. Luckily I paid with PayPal.
This is another cheap Chinese cover on a website posing as uk company. Don’t use!

Poor quality. Totally overpriced for cheap plastic rubbish. You cannot return unless you pay to send the item to China. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered screen protector as mine broke but they just simply would not ship. its in stock. I ordered it on the 8th of June, today is June 22 and only now does it show it will arrive on the 26th -over 3 weeks to ship from Illinois to Tennessee. dont know if I will get it but I asked for a refund and they said please be patient? My phone has been without a screen protector, I could have went to verizon and got one already. I will not purchase any casebus product again

After being scammed once before with phone cases i was a bit worried when i saw these reviews. I ordered a iPhone 16 Pro Defender (Copy of Otterbox) case. It turned up no problems. The tracking took a while to register and i even contacted them asking if it had been sent. They got back to me every time. The colour was right and the quality isn’t too bad and in some ways better than the Otterbox in that it provides better protection around the camera button (why Apple totally useless feature).
It doesn’t feel cheap and it will definitely provide adequate protection.
Regarding the bad reviews, well they tell me that it is other websites that put them up and ask for payment for them to be removed.
Anyway with this order i have to give them a fair star rating.
I guess i would “risk” using them again.

You guys deserve 0 stars. I was very unsatisfied with the quality of my phone cases, very cheaply made, over priced for what u get and wanted a full refund. I messaged them right after I opened my case. I went back and forth with customer service over a week and I was told I would have to ship it to China for a refund upon inspection. Shipping alone would cost me over a $100 and that is more than the product cost. Then they offered me a $10 refund for my brand new cases still in the wrapper( What a joke!)
I would highly recommend to avoid disappointment and find another company to deal with, these guys are shady scam artists. Avoid at all costs, you will be disappointed.

This company is a scam. I ordered and , after a lengthy delay, received a plastic case for my new IPad.
The case was improperly designed and/or manufactured as the start switch did not function. I requested a refund.
First I was offered $5, then $7, then $10 to just keep it. I insisted on a full refund.
Then I was asked to ship it to China for a refund upon inspection. Shipping alone would cost more than the product cost.
I would highly recommend to avoid disappointment and find another company to deal with!

Ordered a chargeable cover of iphone, however the cover couldnt control the charge. Emailed and was advised to use different technique, again emailed back and more advice given. I should have just returned it so now out of warranty, so basically the case never worked properly. They offered a 10% discount code, which you can get just by signing up to their emails so big deal... DO NOT USE - poor product

Cannot return!! Cannot return!! They advertise that it is returnable THAT IS A LIE. Sure, you can spend $40 to send it back to China.

Took forever to get a tracking number and shipment. My wife had ordered a different one from Amazon which took two days to get here. It took them about 2 weeks. When it got here, I tried to return it but was told that the shipping was expensive and they suggested I keep it with a $5 refund.

I ordered two cases and get an email saying it was shipped that was a week ago USPS shows a label was created but has not been shipped. This company is a total joke when you email them the give you a generic response saying that USPS fails to update tracking please give it a couple more days. Still have not got what I ordered I will open a case with PayPal to get my money back

Less than 1 star. They claim their phone wallet is “quality leather.” The picture on their site looks good. In reality, the phone wallet I received was plasticky and very cheaply made, the kind of cheesy trinket you’d win as a carnival prize. I can get a refund if I send the case to China. That costs too much. PayPal isn’t helping. So Casebus got away with its fraud.

I wish I could rate 0! Cheap quality, ordered a phone case and it had sharp edges you can cut yourself on. When I tried to arrange a refund, I was told I'd have to post the item back to China! Spent £30 on the phone case so returned the item, and they then claimed it never arrived! Awful service, dodgy dealings, avoid!!

An absolute scam and so annoyed I fell for it. Unlike others my case did actually arrive but the quality was abysmal. Then to send it back to China it costs a bomb and it conveniently never arrives anyway. Do not buy from this website.

If I can give zero star I would. I wish I had done better research about them before ordering my case. I’m walking around with unprotected new phone.

They sent a tracking number of USPS but it’s just a label produced. Nothing has been shipped even through the email says it’s been shipped.

I tried calling them and the phone number listed on the website is never answered.

Email several times and no response.
I don’t normally have such bad experience with any purchases but by far Casebus is at the bottom. I hope my contribution of how bad they are will put them out of business.

You cannot be "constructive" when the company you are dealing with is deceitful. I purchased a 4-way wireless charger from "Casebus" (Shenzhen) -price around USD40.00. The ability to sit the charging stand on your night table or desk and charge three devices is compact and useful. I had their earlier version and it did the job for years. I ordered a new one as my old one literally wore out, trusting my previous experience.Big Mistake! It does not have the magnetic power to cut through a wallet-type iPhone case, which I use on my iPhone 16 Plus. Their answer - after meeting their requirements for photos of the unit, packaging, writing to the right department, etc. - was that I keep it as they did not pay for shipping charges back to Shenzhen. No warning here that a leather protective case would impede the iPhone from charging, while my old, worn out unit did charge through leather. I admit: I let my guard down based on past experience with their product. Bitter lesson appreciated.
