Unfortunately, one of the plants I ordered was damaged. I contacted customer service and they helped me right away. At my request, they even brought the replacement plant to myBotanica.

they sold me a reverted plant, then I requested a return. they have not picked up the return parcel and I have not received a refund nor the payment for the return.

The reply shows exactly that the seller has no clue about Hoya’s. Yes, hoya argentea princess can reverse the color (all readers check google and you see who is telling the truth).

I was just informed of casa botanica to send the parcel to other address that is not the company’s address and they did not mention any phone number, plus I messaged them if they want home delivery they can pay extra to the company to receive home delivery. (I can make a YouTube video showing all the recipes).

I did not open a Shopify complaint, I opened up a klarna return request.that can be closed by the seller any time, when the company is doing the return.

And just read all the other complaints of negative feedback and you see same behavior of this seller.

I don’t understand sellers why they are trying to do such a thing, because they are just damaging themselves.

After 3 years in the plant game, my first online order! Super easy, fast shipping to Germany, well packaged, a beautiful Alocasia PURPLEY, and 100% satisfaction! I am grateful to have had such a good experience!

I bought a DocBlock Anthurium Black Widow® '43' X Red Velvet Cake® '24' during one of Casa Botanica’s Instagram sales a few weeks ago, and it arrived in perfect condition. The plant was beautiful, healthy, and well-packed - I was thrilled with it, and everything went smoothly.

So when I saw the DocBlock Anthurium Black Widow® '13' X Black Widow® '43' - a top item on my wishlist - I didn’t hesitate. The price was more than fair, especially considering what private sellers often ask for this type of cross. And most importantly, I knew I was getting a genuine DocBlock plant.

Due to a mix-up, a different plant arrived - another DocBlock Anthurium Black Widow cross. It was a large, healthy plant with an inflorescence - really lovely - but it wasn’t the one I had ordered.

I contacted Casa Botanica. I was a bit anxious at first, not knowing what to expect. But it quickly became clear I was in good hands. Susanne handled everything with patience and professionalism, and offered a clear solution right away. I’m now awaiting the correct plant, and I’m confident it will be just as beautiful as the others.

It’s easy to look good when things go smoothly, but it’s how someone handles problems that really shows their quality. Casa Botanica didn’t wash their hands of it - they did everything they could to make sure I stayed a happy customer.

I’ve been buying plants at Casa Botanica for almost 4 years, and I’m always satisfied with the quality of the plants and the client service. My plants have always been beautiful and healthy… when I had 2 minor problems, I reached to Angela and she was always really kind and friendly and helpful with the issue I had.

Well packaged plant, arrived fast and in perfect condition. The trellises, clips and velcro tape were also very good!

Casa Botanica has become my favorite nursery. I have placed many orders and all the plants have arrived very well (I live in Spain). Very healthy plants with great vigor. In addition, they are the house of DocBlock in Europe therefore the best place to buy these great Anthuriums. I currently have 15 DocBlock in total and looking forward to buying many more because their beauty is totally addictive.

Amazing selection, fantastic customer-service and excellent quality plants! My order, unfortunately due to a series of mistakes, mishaps and mismagagement created by DPD, my package was 1 week in transit, pretty much all plants survived the entire ordeal, were tightly secured in the package and therefore no damage whatsoever. Only 1 plant (a very sensitive and delicate species) lost leaves due to drought and the stress it suffered but the roots and the rest of the plants was still healthy. After updating them on the quality of the plants, they send me another plant to replace the one that was damaged in the process.

I've received an Anthurium Michelle. It's absolutely beautiful. It was well packaged, with a heatpack and it arrived fast. I'm so happy with it.

I purchased a rare tropical plant. It arrived beautifully packaged so there was no damage. The plant is absolutely gorgeous and looks very healthy, exactly as described and depicted. Excellent fast service. I would definitely order more plants from Casa Botanica and highly recommend them!

Excellent plantshop and excellent customer service (it might take a few days to get an answer but you will get one :), nice healthy plants. The few issues I've had with Casa Botanica have always been solved in a very satisfying way, I absolute recommend them.

I bought 4 hoya it was nice plants and well packed but some hoya were quite small and different than pictures on the web shop.

The plants arrived in perfect conditions and it only took 3 days to arrive in Ireland once it was shipped. Customer service was top notch as well and my queries were answered within 24 hours (working day). I realised I bought the wrong plant and they were so kind to accommodate me by swapping it to the plant I wanted (they were within the same price range). Overall, I would 10/10 buy from them again.

J’ai longtemps hésité à commandé chez Casa Botanica, mais quand j’ai vu qu’ils avaient un Cissus Discolor, j’ai commandé direct ! Et je ne regrette pas, il n’y a aucun dégâts sur les feuilles (3 plantes). Le colis était bien emballé.

The plants are in perfect condition. I received my order in 3 days (in France).
I hesitated for a long time before ordering from Casa Botanica, but when I saw they had a Cissus Discolor, I ordered direct! And I do not regret, there is no damage to the leaves (3 plants). The package was well packed.

Very diapointed with them plant arrived in out of pot condition. Short of 2 plant fr what i oder. Oder 49euro price tag ekskimo super silver send me price the one with price.tag 24.99 type. Submit my complain with the pictures proof. Response very bad way.said if i not happy send back all the plant without missing any stem.and regard short items they send me promised going to ship me but never happend. Bad .bad.not recommended. Disappointing treated the customer like that.
