SCAM!!! Save yourself the aggravation. My flight was delayed two hours. It was presented "on airport" when I rented. It was a transport from the airport. The company refused to pick us up with our reservation, said to call booking.com for our money back. Now stranded without a car, we were forced to pay a premium at the airport last minute. Best part, a refund was refused by both the company and booking.com because "we didn't show up." Save yourself the aggravation while abroad. Service is awful.

Bad attitudes terrible dented cars, want you to sign agreement before inspecting the vehicle after trying to refuse you the car hire making up excuses that are not stated on their website or contracts. Infant car seats beyond use worn out and unsafe. Every customer while in the office for over an hour agruing with them had issues how they can operate baffles me. Stay clear of them at all costs use a more reputable company

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!
booked through expedia and paid in fulla month in advance, after a 9 hour flight with a 1.5 year old and 5 year old we take the shuttle bus to get our car and they tell us we are no shows and they gave our reservation after an hour. WHAT????? Obviously we are upset and they tell us it is not their problem and do not bother calling expedia they will not refund you we ask to see where it states you can give the car away after an hour and we pull up the 15 pages 'no one reads" and it states 2 hours not one, when we mention this they say oh well we go by 1 we gave away the car... after arguing for almost 3 hours with them stranded 20 minutes from the airport they tell us we can give you a car but its an upgrade and its an extra $373. euro and we do not honor the full insurance you paid for through expedia so it is an extra $1,000 euro hold on your car, desperate we agreed and the car was HORRIBLE we couldnt drive with the ac on it wouldnt move it was dirty and had less than a quarter tank of gas.PLEASE STAYAWAY

Everything was easy and great. Χάρι was incredibly helpful getting the car out and returning it and had some great travel tips for our drive.

Konstantinos Zinelis was the best employee we could ask for. Very helpful

I paid £850 for a minbus and £150 for insurance through easyjet for a weeks hire. Unfortunately Carwhizz did not accept Easyjets insurance and wanted either a £2,000 deposit via my credit car or pay for a further insurance policy.

The minibus had 154,000 KM on it, had too many dents to mention and was not full of fuel or have windscreen in it.

Do not make the same mistake as me.

No stars whatsoever.
Stay well clear of them.
Scammers, dirt, old and and full of dents vehicles.

Simply a scam. Carwiz employees are looking for pre-existing scratches to then charge you with it. We paid 600 euros for scratches that were so tiny that we could at first not see them in our pick-up video on our mobile. At home we saw them much better, and now we are trying to get our money back. Hopefully through the credit card provider. We will also write to our European Consumer Centre - there is one in each EU country.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Demanded a €1,000 deposit for a €300 booking. That was mentioned nowhere in the booking process so I didn’t come prepared, and they wouldn’t accept my girlfriend’s credit card for the amount as it was booked under my license, so we were left carless. People in the queue behind us had the exact same experience. God knows what fees they would have sprung on us if we did end up hiring from them!!

Their card terminal declined my credit card for our excess cover despite my balance and pin being correct. I checked with my CC company and they told me it should have been processed OK
It was late at night and we were their las customer. Eventually they said the only way they would release the car was if we paid over 300 euros for their excess waiver. At midnight with a 1.5 hour drive we had no choice. At best it was a faulty machine but I suspect some scam.

Terrible experience. The car was in very poor condition. The shuttle bus that picked us up was in terrible condition, it smelled like weed. The lady was friendly but still was talking on the phone, forgot to put the brake and we almost hit the car behind us. Still more than two weeks after the rental ended, the deposit is still being held by Carwiz, although they told us everything was perfect after return.

Hired a car at Rhodes airport. Great value. Staff were efficient and friendly. The car whilst having done 84,000 kilometers was in good condition . No problems . Happy with the company

If I could give 0 stars I would. Zach at Carwiz (RHODES) was a total con artist. He went straight to a pre existing scratch under the front of the car and accused us of creating it when we already flagged it on pick up. He tried to fine us 180 euros and only dropped it when we zoomed in on a super detailed video we had taken of it on collection. Please pay extra and go with a real company because they WILL fine you!!

Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. This company is the epitome of scamming at its finest. They accused us of making a scratch to the bottom of the car (literally underneath the car) which the owner very conveniently found within five seconds of inspecting the car. Not only was he extremely rude and moronic but he also said he didn’t care about all the awful reviews that have been left for the company online. 180 euros later for damage that was pre-existing and we spoke to our friends who had returned a car to the same company a few hours before and they told us he had done EXACTLY the same to them. It was a line for line performance, simply proving that this pathetic excuse for a company commit the same fraud day in day out.
