I have reached out to their 'customer service' email and I believe it is a Chat GBT that replies...they will not check the shipping status for me, just say they are sorry! From the start, they could not deliver even the most basic standard of work. They sent the wrong draft letters, mishandled critical parts of my application, and repeatedly lied about actions they never took. They promised to submit an appeal, then abandoned me without so much as the dignity of honesty. When challenged, they attempted to extort extra fees for unnecessary submissions, fully aware of the devastating impact their negligence could have on my stay here.
Even more concerning is their deliberate dishonesty about who and where they are. They still list an office address on Trustpilot and Companies House — yet they moved out months ago. This is a calculated attempt to mislead the public into thinking they are established and trustworthy. They are neither.
This “firm” is nothing but a scam wrapped in legal jargon. They lack experience, they lack integrity, and they prey on people who put their trust in them. Handing over your money or documents to them is as good as throwing them away.
