After waiting two months for my coat to arrive, I contacted Amoria & was told it was delivered Feb 16 by a carrier named Wanb. I never heard of that carrier & I never received the package. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. All reviews warn to stay away from this company. I am now waiting for Amoria to do a carrier trace. I would suggest avoiding Amoria!
The coats are extremely poor quality and had a bad odor upon arrival. They were also very small compared to typical sizing. Returns are an absolute nightmare. You will be given the option to either A. Keep the items and receive 10% of your money back. Or B. Return the items at your expense ( this cost me $85!) For a refund. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company you will regret it!!
Total scam - super sketchy company!! I ordered a jacket from Amoria from a Facebook ad it never came. Customer service keeps giving me the run around that it is “6-10days out” for several months and they won’t refund my purchase. Beware!!
These products are shipped from China and are not nearly the quality of those depicted on the site. When attempting to initiate a return, it has to go back
To China or one can opt for a no return partial discount. However, its been days and I have yet to hear back from anyone to discover what that discount is and if it is more than the cost of shipping. Buyer beware. The same coats are on Amazon, better quality and easy US returns.
