Don't buy anything from them !!! Especially so called warranty!!! They scammed me for 2000£ . Worst company ever!!! They sale false warrantyes to .
Good Afternoon,
As discussed on Trustpilot, I wanted to email you personally and explain the issues you have been having.
You have referenced our website and said that we claim we offer refunds, but then we do not.
You referenced in your review that within the first 30 days of your policy, you are entitled to a full refund. This is correct, but only for certain products and policies and this is also only if a claim has not been made.
This refund also comes from the place that sold you the warranty e.g. the selling dealer or the finance company, because it is part of the "cooling off" period. This refund would never come from us.
You are not paying us for the warranty monthly, any payments you are making towards this warranty are going to the place you got the car from, whether that be the selling dealer or the finance company.
I have attached your policy documents for this warranty specifically. As you can see, it states under Clause 7.1:
"7.1 Any payments made for this warranty are non-refundable if You decide to cancel it."
As above, the warranty you purchased is non-refundable, therefore we cannot offer you a refund firstly because we have to abide by the policy terms and conditions and secondly because as stated above, you are not paying us the money for it, it's going to the place you purchased it from.
Hopefully this makes sense, however, if it does not, please do come back to me with any questions and your complaint is also being looked into, but I just wanted to explain things further.
Have a great rest of your day.
Billy

Brilliant service and lots of support and information provided from Moh at the Bradford branch of Carsa, we have purchased our son's first car at a fantastic price and condition. I would highly recommend a visit to any store but if you have the opportunity to visit this branch you would be well looked after. Thank you for all your help and assistance, we have a very happy 17 year old!

Very helpful,
No pushing to buy a car, very friendly, nothing was to much trouble.
Had a little issue with my test drive, BUT I couldn't fault there dedication to get it right.
Definitely recommend CARSA and the staff are very friendly and professional.
Thank you so much to the gentleman who took me out for my test drive (NISSAN QASHQAI) you remained calm when the car started making funny noises.
Also Catherine for setting everything up for us, I think we drove her manager mad 😅 but she remained very patient and kind.
Name badges would be good so people don't forget names. (Like me)
Customer service was excellent.

From the moment we stepped into the reception to the point of finalising the purchase of our new car, we felt completely at ease. Rubel gave us ample time to ask as many questions as we needed and clearly explained all the available options. At no point did we feel pressured. He made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and impressively seamless—all completed within a single day.

Sales team were good and attentive-not pushy at all Annoyingly for me, I opted to add warranty on the day which affected the finance amount and it prolonged the transaction, so had to go back to the garage the next day to complete the sale/purchase.
Other than that, all good

Paid a deposit and arranged a collection time for three days later. Emailed over all service documents for my part exchange. Everything seemed straightforward. Phone call two days later to say they've sold the car to someone else! Still no refund on deposit. No reply to emails sent about deposit, no one answers the phone and whatsapp messages say 'we can't deal with that, phone this number'. Well I am and no one picks up on any of the extensions or variations of numbers. Seventeen days since deposit paid and no response or reply from original sales person.

Very disappointing experience – poor sales approach and shocking aftercare
I recently visited Carsa in Towcester after seeing a particular car advertised online. I was interested in purchasing it and part-exchanging my existing car.
When I first arrived, the staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. I test drove the car and was given a part-exchange valuation. Unfortunately, this is where the experience started to change.
The salesperson became extremely pushy about additional products, including paint protection, tyre protection and an extended warranty. I explained multiple times that I was not interested, but he simply would not let it go. The pressure became uncomfortable and, at times, quite intimidating.
I liked the car but explained that I also wanted to view another vehicle at a different location before making my final decision. I was then repeatedly pressured to pay a £40 "reserve" fee. When I declined, the salesperson appeared visibly annoyed. The following day, I received multiple calls encouraging me to make the reservation payment because I had apparently said I wanted the car. I eventually paid the fee and arranged collection for three days later.
Despite the collection date and time already being agreed, I then received up to nine calls and text messages confirming the collection. It felt excessive and unnecessary.
Unfortunately, the real problems started once I had driven the car away.
On the journey home, I noticed that the steering wheel was shaking once I reached around 60mph. I took the car to a local garage the following morning, where I was told that the wheel balancing and tracking were out, there was a defective tyre and a shock absorber was leaking.
This was particularly disappointing given how much the salesperson had emphasised Carsa's "110-point check" and repeatedly assured me how thorough their vehicle inspections were. Based on what was found less than 24 hours after collection, I struggle to understand how these issues could have passed such a supposedly comprehensive inspection.
Trying to get help from Carsa was another matter entirely. Despite contacting them less than 24 hours after collecting the car, I repeatedly found that nobody was available to deal with the issue. I was told someone would call or email me back – they didn't.
When I eventually managed to speak to someone, I was told that I would need to take the car back to a garage and obtain video evidence of the faults, at my own expense. I explained that I was more than happy to bring the car back to Carsa so they could inspect it themselves, particularly given their claims about the 110-point inspection, but this wasn't possible.
In the end, I paid to have the tracking and leaking shock absorber dealt with myself because it was simply easier than continuing to try to get any meaningful assistance from Carsa.
And to add insult to injury, I am still waiting for a £200 refundable deposit. It is now eight days overdue, despite me contacting Carsa every day about it.
The biggest disappointment isn't necessarily that the car had issues – problems can happen with used cars. It's the combination of the high-pressure sales approach, excessive contact, lack of communication and extremely poor after-sales service when something did go wrong.
My experience after handing over the money was completely different from the friendly and accommodating service I received when they were trying to make the sale.
The aftercare customer service is shocking, at best.
I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from Carsa to think carefully, make sure they are completely comfortable with the vehicle and the terms of the sale, and be prepared to be persistent if something goes wrong afterwards.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Carsa Towcester and would not buy from them again.

I was looked after by Moh. He was incredibly helpful the whole time and explained everything is a clear and informative way. Also came across as a great guy who actually wanted to help and understand my needs. Would recommend him to anyone else.
Very happy with the car and deal I got, including negative equity clearance.
